The Haven | Assateague Channel Waterfront, Private Dock, Lighthouse Views

We're pleased to bring you "The Haven" located on the edge of the Assateague Channel! Enjoy spectacular views of the Channel and Lighthouse right from your own private living space! Downstairs features a kitchen, dining area, living room and half bathroom. The second level features 2 bedrooms - one is a master suite with King bed and private bathroom, and the other features a Queen bed. There is also a 2nd full bathroom on this level. The third level features a bedroom (Queen and 2 Twin beds) and a full bathroom. There are multiple decks and there's also 21' of dock space where you can fish, crab, kayak or tie up a small boat. Take a look and book today; this one won't last long!

Please note: Parking is limited to 2 spaces (this includes a boat/trailer if you are bringing one). Max. boat size for docking is 20'. If alternate parking accommodations are needed, please ask.

Great family vacation spot

Recently spent a week at this property, had an amazing time. Location is perfect, what more do you need then to sit out back overlooking the water. Looking forward to returning again next year!

A beautiful view

This is a nice townhouse with fantastic views of Tom’s Cove, verdant marshlands and the Assateague lighthouse. The home is casually furnished and conveniently located to island restaurants and access to the beaches. We enjoyed our stay and would be happy to stay here again.

Excellent Stay

The rental was perfect for us. We will stay again. We enjoyed waking up to the water and boats coming and going. We all could have sat on the dock watching the quiet water traffic. Thank you!

Lovely condo with awesome view

The Haven is a lovely, comfortable, well-stocked condo. The view from the 2nd floor balcony is outstanding. We enjoyed watching the ponies, the marsh birds, and the view of the lighthouse and the ocean. The east side of the island is perfect for those that enjoy a quiet relaxing time.

Wonderful waterfront property

We have been coming to Chincoteague for decades, and this was my favorite location. The views and access to the water were fantastic. We kayaked, paddle boarded, and fished right off of the dock. We were able to see tons of water birds from the house. The house was well stocked and very comfortable. The only downsides were that the spiral staircase to the third level is a big challenge to older adults, and neither deck is screened which limits use when the mosquitos are bad. We will definitely consider staying here again!

My family had the best time this year. Your townhouse is so nice, very well kept, kitchen has everything needed for cooking, and my grandkids loved going up the spiral staircase. Easy drive to the refuge for excellent hiking in the woodlands and around the marsh, though was too windy for much beach time this year.

This was the second time we stayed at The Haven, and it was fantastic. (the 2nd time was purely by chance, but we were thrilled with it). The location, the views, the house itself - all are top-notch. The house is super clean, comfortable and has everything you need for a great vacay! It is better furnished than other houses in the same row. We recommend this place and would love to come back again!

Chincoteague is O e of My Happy Places

This property was spacious, up to date, and clean. As retired people visiting the island, it was away from the bustle and close to the wildlife refuge which is where we wanted to spend most of our time. The setting was lovely, but there was repeated music from next door for hours every day and evening. Fortunately we liked the music, but the sound track was only several hours long and repeated throughout the day. It got a bit annoying as we really just wanted to listen to the sounds of the birds and water.
