Excellent Stay

The rental was perfect for us. We will stay again. We enjoyed waking up to the water and boats coming and going. We all could have sat on the dock watching the quiet water traffic. Thank you!

A beautiful view

This is a nice townhouse with fantastic views of Tom’s Cove, verdant marshlands and the Assateague lighthouse. The home is casually furnished and conveniently located to island restaurants and access to the beaches. We enjoyed our stay and would be happy to stay here again.

Lovely condo with awesome view

The Haven is a lovely, comfortable, well-stocked condo. The view from the 2nd floor balcony is outstanding. We enjoyed watching the ponies, the marsh birds, and the view of the lighthouse and the ocean. The east side of the island is perfect for those that enjoy a quiet relaxing time.

Great family vacation spot

Recently spent a week at this property, had an amazing time. Location is perfect, what more do you need then to sit out back overlooking the water. Looking forward to returning again next year!

Great Location. Fishing, crabbing, watching the sunrise with coffee in hand from dock! easy Kayak access. and great birding! Condo was clean, and made for easy commute to the ponies! 🐎

My family had the best time this year. Your townhouse is so nice, very well kept, kitchen has everything needed for cooking, and my grandkids loved going up the spiral staircase. Reviewer Comments: We love the off season quiet and this townhome, and another we stayed in last year in the same group, is a perfect place to watch the season transition to spring. Easy drive to the refuge for excellent hiking in the woodlands and around the marsh, though was too windy for much beach time this year.

This was the second time we stayed at The Haven, and it was fantastic. (the 2nd time was purely by chance, but we were thrilled with it). The location, the views, the house itself - all are top-notch. The house is super clean, comfortable and has everything you need for a great vacay! It is better furnished than other houses in the same row. We recommend this place and would love to come back again!

Chincoteague is O e of My Happy Places

This property was spacious, up to date, and clean. As retired people visiting the island, it was away from the bustle and close to the wildlife refuge which is where we wanted to spend most of our time. The setting was lovely, but there was repeated music from next door for hours every day and evening. Fortunately we liked the music, but the sound track was only several hours long and repeated throughout the day. It got a bit annoying as we really just wanted to listen to the sounds of the birds and water.

Family vacation

Great location and views. It was easy to get our kayaks in and out at the dock in back. Unit was clean upon arrival and as pictured. Would definitely rent again.
