The open floor plan creates a welcoming space, connecting the living room, game room, and kitchen. The cabin was exactly as advertised. Beautiful woodwork with an amazing fireplace. We sat in the hot tub and watched the snow fall. Love that the cabin is at a dead end, we saw no one and heard no one.

The host was welcoming, we received a text shortly after arrival to ensure we had everything we needed, and our expectations had been met. I recommend this cabin for anyone looking for a getaway for two. The hot tub was an excellent way to end each evening after touring the nearby towns. The cabin was still decorated for Christmas during our stay and added much warmth to the stay. We never used the fireplace but it is wood burning and you will need to provide your own wood. The cabin is located right behind the Gatlinburg welcome center is a great central location to visit both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

It was quiet and cozy. Could tell it was pet friendly, slight smell around the living room rug. It didn’t seem to bother our dog much. Thankful we could bring him with us!

This is one beautiful cabin, however it could use some more lighting in the kitchen area, but other than that I would recommend this cabin to anyone! The inside was just gorgeous along with the outside!

Loved the privacy and seclusion. It was clean and comfortable- perfect for a nice quiet week. Would recommend purchasing a kid size pool cue for the pool table since the space isnt big enough.

The neighborhood was peaceful and with a beautiful Mountain View. It was just like the pictures. The host was fast replying back and helpful. I would most definitely book this place again.

We loved the property. Secluded yet easy to get into town. Extremely clean and accommodating. Very quiet. The house layout was great with two large bathrooms. The arcade and pool table were an added bonus. We highly recommend this property to anyone.

This place is nice and secluded. I enjoyed the place but there was a couple issues. First, I smelled dog dropping as soon as I came in the door. It was hard to find because it blended in with the carpet. Second, the couch smell like a cat urinated on it. I called and sent a text to Jackson Mountain Rentals 865 number to report the issues but didn't get a reply back. Beside those issues, it was a nice place and a good location. We even seen a black bear in the neighborhood twice within the few days we was there which was cool.

Great Getaway

Everything was great for our weekend getaway.We only had 3 small issues 1 the code for entry would not work, luckily the side door was open so we could enter. We called and got this issue addressed the next morning.2 The Hot Tub was only 1/3 full so we had to fill it and could not use the hot tub until the following afternoon3 There was a dirty sock on the floor in the bedroom that was there when we got there.Otherwise this was a great stay.

Property was great. VTrips and Jackson Mountain made for a terrible trip. I will not be back and make sure everyone knows why.

Best cabin we’ve rented in the area

We really liked the coziness of the cabin. Amenities in the kitchen weren’t perfect no salt/pepper, filter was out for water and no laundry pods, BUT I we would definitely stay here again. Perfect for a couple which is hard to find in the area with a quality higher end cabin. And the owners called us to see how we like our stay afterwards. Big plus in our book. Thank you so much!

Bears galore

Cabin was beautiful and clean. Pots and pans have seen better days and there is no strainer, pizza pan or cookie sheet. We seen 15 bear in our 6 night stay! All bear within a half mile. Cabin is secluded with a creek running next to cabin. The pool table is falling apart and you have to be mindful of that when your playing. All around great beautiful stay.

Beautiful property

The property was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The drive to the property was quite treacherous, I do think that should be listed in the description because some people may have trouble with the location and the difficult, intimidating drive to get there

Everything was exactly as pictured. Beautiful and comfortable cabin. Property managers were very easy and prompt in their communication when we had questions. Great vacay if you want to stay in your cabin and do nothing or lots and lots to do in the area if you want that.

Great secluded spot.

Great place overall. Would go back again. Very secluded, Very new & clean inside, and easy/efficient process for everything. Close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon forge areas for shopping/activities. Some nit-picky things; little arcade game didn’t work (at least I couldn’t get it to come on). The several checkout reminder texts/emails were a bit much. Just one the morning-of would be good. Hot tub seemed like it had dead skin floating around but maybe thats just the mountain water. roads are very steep to get to the cabin (as expected for a mountain cabin.) I wouldn’t go in the winter with slick roads. Not sure where the community pool was located. It was rainy for us anyway so we didn’t look too hard.

Private cabin

Very clean property. Had a great stay. View from front is only the road. But in the back is wooded with a creek. Will definitely return.

Nice cabin

The cabin is great! We had a pool table we never used but not enough dish towels. 1 dish towel is not enough. I have problems with eating so we have to do most meals at home. Had to use hand towels as dish towels. It would not have been a problem if we had simply been told to bring your own dish towels. Also the lighting is very dim. The kitchen is really dark. This could have been fixed with under counter lighting at least!! On the good side we actually saw 5 bears on the road going up to the cabin one night.

Staycation at an Away location

My husband and I decided to go on a trip 'to get away from it all,' almost like a staycation instead of being tourists on an actual away vacation. The cabin location was perfect and is fairly secluded, you can see some neighbors but not hear them. The kitchen is well stocked with basic pots and pans, but I did bring my crock pot from home for a good comfort meal with minimal effort. The cabin was clean, and after a grocery trip, there really was no reason we needed to leave. It was a very relaxing atmosphere, and when we arrived the Sunday after Thanksgiving, it was already decorated for Christmas much to our surprise.
