We have a panoramic, unobstructed view of the intracoastal waterway, and enjoy stunning sunrises. The afternoon and evening shade on the spacious, east-facing balcony enhances comfort while watching manatee, dolphins, birds and boats on the Intracoastal (Please note: Due to high demand, the months of January and February are only offered from the first of the month to the end of the month. Booking between both months requires a 6-week minimum rental commitment).

This beautiful 1,535 sq. ft. condo is newly remodeled in 2025 and is in pristine condition. It was formerly owned by a famous Tampa Bay Buccaneer, and is a 3 minute walk to the beach, right across the street. Perfect for retired couples and snowbirds. It truly is the best of both worlds because there simply isn't a better view of the intracoastal waterway in Indian Shores, and you can also see the Gulf from our front balcony!

Tastefully decorated, with luxury and comfort in mind. This is NOT a high volume rental, it is our second home and we are particular that our guests treat it as such. It features 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a spacious, fully-equipped kitchen featuring a walk-around 114 “ island, newer appliances (fridge has 2 icemakers), beautiful quartz countertops, and a comfortable open-concept living area with great views of the Intra-coastal Waterway. Water views from both bedrooms and kitchen, as well.

Pergo waterproof wood plank flooring in all rooms and ceramic wood plank tile in bathrooms adds beauty and peace of mind against accidental spills. The 9 foot ceilings and crown moulding make this home feel very spacious and open, as do the 2 skylights in the entry hallway. New PGT impact windows and sliding doors were installed in 2023 which reduce outside noise by 80%.

There is a private fishing pier onsite, a heated chlorinated pool with bathhouse and outdoor shower, and an elevator. Our convenient front door keypad eliminates the need to carry keys.

Spacious Master bedroom features an ultra plush Euro pillowtop mattress and walk-in closet. Master bathroom has a roomy walk-in shower, double-sink quartz vanity, and stocked linen/towel closet.

Guest room features a king sized pillowtop bed and a single twin bed. There is an ample closet containing some water toys and beach chairs.

The main bathroom features a walk in tiled shower, quartz vanity, and stocked linen/towel closet. The counter height dining room table seats 4, and the kitchen island seats 6.

There is a whole-house water filtration system, full-sized HE washer and dryer, newer kitchen appliances, cable tv and high speed WiFi.

The 65" flat screen smart TV in the family room has a swivel wall mount, so you can view the tv from anywhere in the room.
We also feature a comfortable sofa & loveseat, a pair of swivel rocker recliners, and a small reading nook with swivel barrel chair. We take pride in our home, and keep it in spotless condition.

The large balcony has comfortable seating for 6, and we've provided binoculars and a bird reference book so you can identify and enjoy the amazing variety of wildlife to be seen there. Dolphins, manatee, osprey, spoonbills, ibis, wood storks, egrets, herons of all sorts, pelicans and ducks are commonly seen. It is truly a bird-watcher's paradise!

We provide a small utility cart for you to use during your stay, to bring luggage and groceries up and down in the elevator.

The short walk to the beach is easy. At the end of the driveway, look left, and you can see the 198th Avenue Beach Access (see the map on this page, for reference). There is a pedestrian crosswalk with a manual lighted traffic signal for safety, as well. If you haven't experienced an Indian Shores sunset from the beach, you are missing something special! Added bonus, we are NOT near the public beach access, so at times it feels like your own private stretch of beach across the street!

The convenient and affordable Suncoast beach trolley runs daily up and down Gulf Boulevard from Clearwater Beach to St. Pete, with stops near our condo. There is also an ice cream shop right next door, within walking distance.

We are conveniently located, and close to great restaurants, great shopping (Johns Pass is a must), and recreational equipment rentals to use at the beach or in the intracoastal. Disney World is only 2 hours away, and we are close to Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Tampa Bay Rays sporting events!
