We chose Milowai in Maalaea due to it's fantastic convenient and direct oceanfront location. It is only 20 minutes to almost anywhere on the Island and we love to see and do it all.

The unit is on the ground floor directly on the ocean and is literally steps to the water. We love having meals on the lanai and watching whales breach during whale season.

Air conditioning was added to the bedroom in February 2020, so the whole condo now has AC.

Condo was perfect for my husband and I, wonderful views and very private which was nice.Quiet area yet only miles to shopping and great beaches for swimming and snorkeling. Host answered questions promptly. Would definitely stay here again, my only suggestion would be for some new cooking items to bake the one cookie sheet and round baking pan were well used. Overall the view was amazing saw many turtles just walking along property in the back and small beach area to the side was great for getting some nice seashells.

Fantastic view and location

I cannot say enough great things about our stay! The view is AMAZING!! The location is very convenient to the harbor. We easily walked to the meeting area for our snorkeling tour. I would absolutely stay here again!

Great Location overlooking the water

We really enjoyed the condo. Located close to great golf courses. Also the aquarium and the whale watching tours are an easy walk. We also liked the restaurants within walking distance.Thanks

It was good. Liked being in a condo. Very nice kitchen. Only thing I would like to see different. The air conditioning in the window was not efficient and very loud. Check in and having a designated parking spot was great. Thank you for the nice stay.

Great sunsets!

The lanai offered beautiful sunsets every night and views of Molokai and Lanai. The kitchen was well stocked, if you want to cook. Shops and a few take out places are within a half mile. We enjoyed our stay.

Good central private place

Newly refurbished and well- equipped with a comfortable king- sized bed. Perfect holiday spot for two. Great support from our vrbo contact, Matt. The whole building is well maintained. Being situated on the ground floor right on the ocean was a delight.

Amazing Maui Vacation

The condo was great. We love this location. We were able to walk to the harbor for the snorkeling tour and snacks. We saw turtles everyday we were there, and eanjoyed the beautiful grounds for sunrise every morning. We loved the soft grass and comfortable loungers for coffee each morning. And, having a cooler, beach towels and beach chairs made trips to the beach easy. The condo was clean and had all the basics. Excellent value for the money.

The property itself is well maintained with easy access to pool and ocean. We recently stayed in maui for 9 days with this being our last stop. The owner was great to communicate with and was prompt with his responses. Very centrally located... 20 minutes from the airport, 25 minutes to Lahaina, 20 minutes from Kihei. The condo came fully stocked from beach chairs to an umbrella. We would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay here again.

Beachfront but no beach

Great unit, centrally located. No beach access. A short drive to Sugar Beach, a beautiful walkable beach. Not for swimming. Very very windy location. Nice pool. Very well decorated and stocked. However there were maintenance issues to be resolved regarding screens/sliding door and window. Trouble with TV, resolved 1st day.

Great condo. Quiet. Pretty view and feels private

While the lanai is kind of on the garden floor it's still elevated and has a hedge between it and path (that is not used). So it feels pretty private. Also, the lanai faces more southwest, which is very helpful since it gets windy in the afternoon there. No wind on the lanai (no sunset views either, but great that the lanai is protected from wind (and rain). Condo is well equipped and check in very smooth. If you want to do tours the harbor is right next door. Highly recommend Alli Nui for all tours. I saw other boats out there and they were more packed and looked like ferries.

Wonderful Condo!!

An absolutely delightful condo that perfectly accommodated my wife and I along with two of our children. Everything we needed to feel right at home was in the condo. Everything we needed to enjoy the beautiful beaches of Maui was also provided (bodyboards, cooler, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc). The Central location of the condo was amazing and made getting to all of the different area of Maui so simple. Condo is also located minutes from Maui's Ocean Center. It rained one of the days we were there so we jumped over to the Center and it too was a phenomenal spectacle of Hawaii's sea life (would highly recommend visiting even on a sunny day! Cannot emphasis enough the GREAT communication by the property manager in coordinating from the time we booked the condo to checking out. Superb job all around!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo! It was very nice and clean, and check-in and check-out were super easy. They had so many thoughtful extras that made a difference ā€” beach chairs, beach towels, laundry soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were all provided.A couple small things to note: there is a tree that partially blocks the ocean view. Also, the listing photos make it look like you can walk straight out to the water from the room, but you actually have to go out the front door and around the foyer doors to access it. Itā€™s not difficult, just not quite as direct as it appears in the pictures. There also isnā€™t really a great swimmable beach within easy walking distance.The bed pillows were uncomfortable for us, but thatā€™s definitely personal preference.Overall, the positives definitely outweigh the negatives, and we would absolutely stay here again.
