Great stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family met there for my daughter’s wedding in monastery beach. The location was perfect! Walking distance to shops, eats, coffee and of course all Monterey has to offer. The house was beautiful, comfortable with many amenities. Lots of upgrades/updates and appears well kept.

Great stay in Pacific Grove

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great house in a great location. The rental company was very organized and had good communication before and after. The house is in an-historic area where the houses are very close together but it was still quiet. Only a few minutes walk to lovers point and a few minutes walk the other way to the cute downtown area. The house itself was in great shape and had beautiful interior decor.

Enjoyed our stay but we were not aware of all the stairs. Perhaps you could note that since some people have difficulty on stairs.

Thank you for your review. There are several mentions and indications of stairs in the House Description, the most important is: "The three-level home........". Three-Level homes will have lots of stairs.

Beautiful home & great location

Very comfortable stay! Loved the fully stocked kitchen with quality dishes and everything needed to make meals at home. Perfect location, close to downtown and our little one loved the park across the street.

Great location for family of 4

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Adorably decorated house in a great location. Family of 4 with 2 sons ages 23 and 20 enjoyed the space, especially the large family room. Kitchen is well equipped but would appreciate being told ahead of time what to purchase (e.g., kind of coffee maker or if filters are needed)- regular cup-shaped filters needed for coffee maker, fyi. We would have liked an additional fan or two (only one in the house). 30 stairs from entrance to upstairs 3rd floor bedroom, which we didn’t mind, but be aware if renting. Loved the gas fireplaces, easy walk to Lover’s Point, washer/dryer, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, hearing kids playing at the playground in rear of home, and garage to park our rental car. Would definitely recommend this cute home.

Nice House and Great Location

The house itself was great - everything was high quality and everything worked well. The location is also excellent and we walked to both the ocean and the restaurants on Lighthouse.

Nice stay

Nice clean and great location. Three levels, my 83 year old mom was with us, the stairs were a bit much for her. If you don’t mind Stairs, this is a wonderful location.

Home away from home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our long stay at Caledonia Bay Lookout this February and March. The home is welcoming, warm, comfortable, and beautiful. We enjoyed making meals in the well appointed kitchen. It has a fabulous location! We took at least two walks a day along the ocean (so close to the home). And we really enjoyed walking into downtown PG to eat and shop. Sanctuary was wonderful and fast to work with for two minor issues. Thank you for allowing us to relax and make ourselves at home in Pacific Grove.

Ideal location, terrific property, smooth process

A block from the shore and a quick walk to shops and restaurants, this is a great house with a big comfy living room and nice kitchen and dining setup. Playground you can observe from the deck is awesome for families! Would love to stay here again.

Amazing Home Amazing Location

We had an absolutely lovely stay at the Caledonia Lookout - what a lovely home! Exactly as described, open and airy and amazing location! 2 short blocks to the fabulous downtown area with cafes and amazing restaurants, 2 even shorter blocks to Lover’s Point Cove and amazing walks on the bluff - sea otters everywhere! Highly recommended, can’t wait for our return visit

Comfortable, near beach

Great location, very nice house perfect for our family getaway. Especially enjoyed the coastal walk (1.2 miles to aquarium in Monterey) and being close to restaurants in Pacific Grove. House had everything we needed, highly recommend and would 1000% stay again. Many thanks for wine & snacks on arrival!

Lovely home, great location!

My family and I had a great time at this property. It was perfect for our family. Great walking distance to beach and downtown Pacific Grove. Property is great if you’re traveling with a pet, as there’s a park across the street and a small fenced in yard in front of the home. Only thing that we wish we would have known in advance is that there’s only one TV in the home.

Great place for a work retreat

This house was great for our company's working retreat. Three of us stayed in the house while others stayed at a B&B within walking distance. We held working sessions in the large living room, and cooked one team dinner in the kitchen and on the grill on the balcony. Very comfortable and a great location.
