With this state of the art kitchen and unbeatable mountain views, you may never want to leave the condo. This one-bedroom, one-bathroom home is perfect for your next trip. A king bed in a private bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room make it the perfect getaway as a couple or with a few friends. The condo is located in The Aspens at Whistler, a lodge-style building nestled slope side on Blackcomb Mountain with ski-in/ski-out convenience. Features include gorgeous mountain views from the outdoor heated pool and hot tubs. Renovations and closures - Important: The pool and one hot tub will be closed for maintenance from Monday, June 1st to Friday, June 5th. The lobby, public washrooms and gym floors will be worked on from Wednesday, May 27th to Thursday, June 4th. Smells and noise are to be expected. The Gym area will be closed during this time.
Exterior Maintenance: Please note there will be a noise and smells associated with the below projects that will affect the surrounding units. Starting Monday May 11 for 4 weeks. At the far end of the property close to the parking entrance and Spearhead Drive. Foundation wall waterproofing, sewer line repairs , repairs to canopy roof wall. The following decks will be worked on starting June 15 for four weeks. All units located in the North Wing, The Aspens entry loop area, for all 4 floors will be painted. Window Cleaning of the exterior windows will be taking place around mid July for one week.

Good location
We love staying in the Aspens - great location (ski in, ski out; close to restaurants) and nice amenities (3 hot tubs and pool). The unit is a little worn down for the price, but has a nice view of the ski slope and is fairly quiet (after 10 pm). Would stay there again.

the location made up for the tired looking furnishings! A little pricey but again the location is great! We would still rebook.

Not maintained or cleaned very well.
First thing we did was take a couple of wine glasses out of the cupboard and they were filthy. Greasy fingerprints all over them. Check out is 10 am and we checked in at 4pm because the room wasn't ready yet. That's 6 hours to prep the room, and yet there was dusty surfaces, dirty glasses, the front door trim was falling off, the window screen is not secure, the bathtub moves up and down when you're showering, the toilet flush handle is just weird, the decor is crying out for an update, the mountain view is obstructed by the trees, the back entry gate to the pool area is right below the suite so you get to hear loud people attempting to enter the gate code several times before someone from the inside finally lets them in, and no a/c! This is 2021 and this suite is the only one we've stayed in for the last three years with no a/c. Wow. Now that's a cheap owner. Show some respect to your guests and buy an a/c unit, fix what is broken, and actually clean the place. Thank you.

Our cleaning team absolutely came and cleaned your unit prior to your arrival, they must have missed those details. Our sincere apologies.
