Located directly on the Gulf, this property provides beautiful Gulf and sunrise/sunset views from all 3 floors. While The Bellagio is a classic older home that shows some age and could benefit from a few updates, its incredible location and breathtaking Gulf views more than make up for it. You and your family are sure to enjoy these views as you sip your coffee in the mornings or share dinner on the back porch.

This spacious plan boasts over 5,800 square feet, with each of the 3 floors offering its own unique space. Featuring a private Gulf-front pool, this vacation rental is perfect for any occasion. From family reunions and church retreats to girls' weekend getaways and multi-family vacations, this beach home is an ideal choice. Just steps from the sugar white sands, The Bellagio provides a great experience in beautiful Destin.

The main house features an expansive open-concept kitchen with seating for 4 at the bar and 2 parallel dining tables accommodating 8 guests each, ensuring everyone can dine together comfortably. For added convenience, the main floor has a full bathroom that's easily accessible from both the downstairs bunk room and the living area. Additionally, there's a full laundry room off of the kitchen, providing easy access during your stay. After a day of adventure, relax in the spacious living area, equipped with Apple TV for your entertainment needs.

Step outside to the Gulf-front patio with commercial outdoor grills, where you can savor the stunning views while barbecuing. The private Gulf-front pool offers the perfect spot to cool off after your beach day. Plus, enjoy direct access to your private beach via the private boardwalk. Escape the crowds and enjoy the convenience and privacy of having your own piece of paradise just steps away from The Bellagio.

Take the stairs or elevator to the 2nd floor to find large king bedrooms with en-suite baths and sweeping Gulf views. The 3rd floor features a spacious bedroom with 2 queen beds, a double twin bedroom, and a king master bedroom with a mini bar area and breathtaking Gulf views.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Air conditioner was not working on the 3rd floor. Benchmark Mgt kept telling us that someone would repair it. No one ever came. We will not rent a property managed by Bookmark again.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: this house should not be rented to people until its repaired from all the damages. the roof leaks all the way from the top down into the kitchen and the walls are rotten along with the base boards and the bedrooms. every single closet has black mold around the vent on the celing and they knew it was like this as they had moisture catching bags hanging in each closet that were completly full. when we arrived they had all the windows up with fans blowing on the 3rd floor to try and get rid of eh musty water damaged smell it was what i would call the worst beach home rental my family has ever encountered and should not be rented to anyone until some serious repairs are made. i have a list and tons of pictures on my phone of the things that are wrong with this house

Overall, the house was great for the amount of people we had. One issue is that the house advertises ten bedrooms. There are only 9 bedrooms (8 in the main house and a garage apartment). Bedroom 8 with 2 queen beds does not exist. Management kept telling us there were twin trundles, but there were not. We filled the entire space based on the advertisement, so you could imagine the stress and chaos when realizing we were missing a bedroom and TWO beds. The home definitely could use some repairs. Overall it was clean but there were some spots that could be cleaner. The back door doesn’t shut well. You are right on the beach. The beach was crowded on Saturday and Sunday, but it wasn’t anything overwhelming. We would definitely book again. Based upon the price and space, it was a great choice even with the inconveniences.

Family 2026 Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at the Bellagio which was perfect for our family as it has rooms for 20 people. The house is spacious yet cozy. The seating arrangements for meals were great. Two picnic style tables with room for 8 /table, plus 5 high top chairs at the kitchen island. A drink refrigerater, an ice maker and plenty of pantry shelves were a plus as well. One of the bedrooms was located above the carriage house which also had pool table and kitchen. It was the perfect place for the bachelors in our family to congregate. The pool was clean and the short walk down the steps to the Gulf was a plus. There is a Publix right down the road, so shopping via Instacart and having groceries delivered was very handy. I would recommend this property to friends and family.

The Z’s family vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First, the management company, Benchmark, provided excellent service and responded quickly to any concerns we had. The location, perfect. Right on the beach, with a private walk directly to the sand. The room we had in this house easily accommodated the 17 of us. The kitchen, was huge! Very well equipped with pots, pans, all cooking equipment with toasters, 2 coffee pots, ample room in the pantry, 2 wine coolers, large stove top, oven, and warming oven. There were free activities that were complementary, but we did not use them. My husband has difficulty walking, and the many areas that allowed him to sit and enjoy the beach scene was priceless. Our 10 grandkids, ages 13-19, said this was the best vacation ever. We would definitely book this house with this management company again. Exceeded expectations. To be honest, the house itself could use some cosmetic work, but I do understand that being on the beach, the houses can take wear and tear due to the winds, salt, and yes, vacationers who do not treat the properties as good as they should.

House is very outdated. Owner hasn’t done anything to the house since they bought it. Water issues, pool heater didn’t work when told it was working. Oven didn’t work, I can keep going!

Pros...large bedrooms, beautiful views, lots of space and pool was a hit. The management company was awesome to work with and the few issues we had were fixed immediately even after hours Cons....close to a public beach, kitchen needs to be better stocked with pots and pans for cooking

Golf Trip

Some buddies and I (11 of us) took our annually golf trip and decided on Destin. This house was very clean and perfect for a group of our size. Would certainly recommend.

I don’t even know where to start with this review. I’ve had to contact the management people before we even came down to stay multiple times. When we arrived, there was no Wi-Fi the entire week, cockroaches, tape on the floor to patch up the floorboards, water running with the ice machine and the air-conditioning unit wasn’t working well. Everything looked old dense in the wall. Was not kept up very well as the picture showed. I would say the best thing about this front was the location and being right on the beach. Maintenance had to come twice while we were there and not very much seating to lounge around for as many as the home could house.

House in very poor condition, oven did not work, showers did not drain, found five dead roaches and two alive ones, leaks in the ceiling, some of the TVs did not work, elevator only goes up, Wi-Fi is terrible-Had to use cell service. Amazing views

You can’t beat this location! It was unbelievable. The beds were comfy and lots of room. The kitchen drawers need a good cleaning and the trim in kitchen could use some fresh paint but who cares with that view! This house was perfect for my large party! We had so much fun! I can’t wait to go back!

Everything was perfect

I can’t express enough how great our stay was. We renewed our 20th vows, and we was able to accommodate all 75of our guests. Nicole and her staff was amazing. They had a great setup for me and my husband. They also made sure we had everything we need. Thank you all!

Please know that as soon as we were made aware of the situation, our team acted quickly to assist with a resolution and worked to make things right as quickly as we possibly could. We provided extensive compensation for the inconvenience, including a refund for part of your original stay, discounts on both your initial and relocated bookings, and waived multiple fees —totaling substantial savings. We also covered additional costs, such as parking, to help ease the transition. While we regret that the experience was not ideal, we did our best to ensure you were supported every step of the way. We always aim to provide a positive and seamless experience for our guests, and we sincerely hope we can have the opportunity to better serve you in the future.

Great home to stay in.

If you can’t have a good time in this home it’s you! Loved the home, the view and the beach. There where a few cockroaches on the main floor the first few nights but we took care of that! I imagine most homes there have that issue. We would go back again!

Girls Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was gorgeous. There were some issues with the alarm system going off in the middle of the night and the elevator breaking, but maintenance got there pretty quickly to fix the issues.

Worst Vacation Stay Ever!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was in shambles and literally falling apart.

View was amazing

View was amazing.. house was good except a few things need updated oven takes 45 min to heat and you have to up temp 25 degrees , stove, refrigerator is to small for that many people. The house is amazing. One thing that should state on the website is the $35 per day extra charge to heat pool. We would defiantly go back if house is maintained.

Dream Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a beautiful home. Gorgeous 3 story home RIGHT on the beach. Its a dream vacation. The Bellagio is that home that you pass on vacation and say" Wouldn't it be awesome to be able to stay there"! The view is a Million dollar view. We had a couple issues while there but Benchmark management stepped and did the right thing to help us. I would highly recommend a week at the Bellagio in Destin.

Thoroughly enjoyable December 2017 Stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 20 from all over the US stayed for a week over the 2017 Xmas holiday and had a fabulous time at the Bellagio. The house and beach are gorgeous and clean. A bit of work in progress in carriage house was no problem. The management was very helpful and their crew rapidly responded to our requests. One suggestion is to install a garbage disposal. We would be happy to have a chance to return to this terrific location.

May 23 Family Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the trip was good. Benchmark is proactive in communications with text. Bellagio accommodated our family well. The kids had space as well as each couple.. the negative is the close proximity to public beach access. Even though it was May, the beaches got very crowded especially on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
