Thank you for your stay. We're pleased to hear you enjoyed the beautiful sunsets during your visit. We strive to ensure our listing accurately reflects the LakeHouse and its amenities so guests know what to expect before booking. As described in the listing, the LakeHouse has three bedrooms with one queen bed in the primary bedroom, one double bed in each of the other two bedrooms, and a separate sleeping area with a futon that converts into a double bed. Your reservation was for six guests, and when you advised us at check-in that your group would consist of eight guests plus a dog, we were happy to accommodate by providing additional linens and towels for the futon sleeping area. Our listing also explains that water levels can vary and cannot be guaranteed, and it does not advertise stair access to the beach. We provided ladder access, which previous guests have used successfully and which you advised us at check-in would work. Also, we recommended two nearby public beach access points: one approximately a one-minute walk from the LakeHouse and another through a nearby park about a five-minute walk away. Thank you for leaving the LakeHouse in generally good condition.
