Forty-six Fifth Avenue has plenty of room for all of the family and friends in this huge 4 bedroom home. The four bedrooms are all serviced by two bathrooms, and the family bathroom includes a bathtub. The bright and airy Kitchen has a lovely bush outlook and has a separate butlers pantry where you will find your basic kitchen appliances. There is also a separate rumpus room with wood fire which makes a great private space for the kids to hang out away from the adults. Plenty of off street parking and room for the backyard cricket game with the kids. All your creature comforts are taken care of with a slow combustion fire for the winter, or stay cool with a split system air conditioning on those hot summer nights. The Anglesea village with its cafes and shopping is only a few minutes away by car. This home will not disappoint and only provide you with a lifetime of memories to take home with you. Payment Terms – (excluding Airbnb bookings) If you are booking within 30 days of arrival, the full balance will be taken immediately. If you’re booking 30+ days from arrival a 50% deposit is to be paid at time of booking and the balance will be taken approximately 1 week before your stay.
Bookings made for arrivals between 20th December and 31st January, a 50% deposit will be taken at the time of booking and the balance will be taken in the 1st week of December. For any bookings made after December 1st for these dates, the full amount will be taken at the time of reservation.

Guest Access:
On the day of your arrival you will receive an email providing you with the details for check-in, including the location of the key safe and its code. You should receive this sms at approximately 9am. In order for this sms to be generated you need to ensure that you sign and return the confirmation as well as provide us with a copy of your identification.
