This spacious 1,755 sq. ft. condo is a perfect stay for family or friends exploring the many attractions of greater Orlando. You'll have all the conveniences of a home-away-from-home such as a fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, and free WiFi. This condo also comes with a Reunion Resort Club membership so you'll have access to all of the resort amenities including golf, tennis, miniature golf, the water park, and all the resort pools. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. A dining table seating six is located in the great room, but an additional dining table for four is located on the balcony where you can take advantage of the great Florida weather and dine al fresco.

This condo offers 3 bedrooms, the first bedroom offers a king bed, the second bedroom offers a king bed and the third bedroom offers 2 full beds with a Playstation 5. Each of the three bedrooms has its own private TVs so you can retire in privacy and comfort at the end of each day.

Sliding doors open to the balcony from the living area, extending the great room to include golf views and fresh air. The neighborhood also has its own pools and the larger zero-entry pool includes a fun splash area for the kids. The resort itself is only 6 miles from the gates of Disney World. Other world-famous attractions, entertainment, shopping, and dining are only a short drive away.

An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.

Third party platforms such as Airbnb may not allow optional fees to be displayed in the check-out cart of their website. Optional fees can include items such as early check-in, late check-out, mid stay cleans and pool heat. These items can be added directly with Florida Vacation Homes after the reservation has been made.
