Newly Renovated, Walk to the beach, Unique Vacation Station with Private Pool

This spacious home features a beautiful and warm warehouse design within a short walk to the beach. This home offers 2400 Square feet of open living with four bedrooms and three full baths. Fun photo op in our British style telephone booth! More than enough parking space and no stairs to climb.

I guarantee you'll walk in the front door or out the back and say wow!

The living room has loads of seating options including your very own antique barber's chair. Separate indoor bar style seating looking out to the pool area. Large custom table that seats 10.  Kitchen offers a unique warehouse feel with all stainless applicances and open shelving, fully equipped with dinnerware, flatware, pots pans, traditional coffee pot and Keurig machine, eating/cooking utensils/mixing bowls etc. to cook up a fabulous meal.

Abundant entertainment amenities include pool table, board games and outdoor oasis with optional heated pool (additional fees apply) permanent awning style covered seating, charcoal grill, custom fire pit and water sheet fountain into the pool. Outdoor area is well lit and has plenty of grassy area to run and play away from the pool. Hidden courtyard off to the side.

The master suite offers a king bed, and en-suite with a Jacuzzi style tub and separate shower. Two bedrooms include a queen bed and access to hall bath. The last bedroom has four single beds and access to hall bath. All bedrooms have flat screen TVs. This home includes free parking, supply of linens and towels, washer/dryer, AC, starter supply of paper products and detergents.

Don't risk your vacation it doesn't get any better than this! We have made every effort to make this feel like home away from home.

The wireless Internet service requires login and password which are available upon check-in.

Frank was an outstanding host—quick to respond, helpful with every question. The house itself was amazing, with plenty of space for everyone and a perfect location close to everything we needed.The heated pool was a highlight; we spent hours enjoying it and had an absolute blast. We would stay here again without hesitation. Highly recommend!

Lovely home

The house was beautiful and in a great location. I gave 4 stars for the cleanliness because there was trash in the trash cans. We were able to communicate with the manager about our findings.Would not hesitate to rent this property again.VCH

Comfortable stay near the beach in Gulfport

This property is a remodeled and converted commercial venue, easy to find, with spacious parking. The interior is a lot of fun , with games for kids, and antique furnishings such as an old barber chair and a British-style phone booth ! ! It is very well furnished, with a commercial kitchen and 3 full bathrooms . The backyard is a bit disappointing, small and not neatly kept, and very little shade: summer days can be very hot ! The swimming pool is clean but a bit small. The towels were nice and numerous. Surprisingly, there was only one little soap bar in the bathrooms. The beach is at a 8-10 minute walk.

Jeepin the Coast Family Trip

We had an amazing stay from start to finish! The house is uniquely designed and decorated with tons of amenities and everything you need to have a fantastic vacation! There’s plenty of room for everyone and ample parking. The pool is wonderful for cooling off and we loved the pool table for evening entertainment. The house is perfectly situated in a great area and so close to everything, including the beach! We’ll definitely be back!

Friends and fam week

We stayed for 4 days with friends and family from Texas. Absolutely loved the house pool and area. Beaches are beautiful and not crowded. Tons of places to eat.

Great Space To Spread Out

We stayed at this property with two of our adult children and their children. It is large enough for everyone to have their own space which was great. The kids love the pool and we were so glad we paid the extra charge to have it heated so they could use it even When the air temperature was in the 70s. The kitchen and dining area was large enough for us to have almost all of our meals there, although the kitchen needs a bit of organization. The neighborhood did have quite a bit of noise which hindered everyone’s ability to sleep well. There were often nearby dogs barking, a train that went through and blew its whistle several times a day (and night) and sirens. Overall, it was a great stay.

Good but needs a bit of attention

This house has plenty of space for a large group. 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths and a large living room/dining room/kitchen area perfect for hanging out with a large group. The pool table is not in very good condition and the cue sticks all need to be replaced. The pool area is adequate but could definitely use some TLC and a good pressure washing. Sad because it has so much potential. BBQ canopy is falling apart and the pool use to have a waterfall effect but that does not seem to work and has large missing tiles on them. We also got a lot of rain one day and the wall in the master bedroom leaked badly. We had to sop up with towels. The owner did send someone to see about it. The industrial stove had to be lit with matches or a striker. Over all we made the best of it and had a good time while there. The owner was easy to deal with and responded quickly to our issues.

What an amazing house!

We had 13 people in this 4 bedroom 3 bath home and we never felt on top of each other! With a pool table to entertain the guys and a swimming pool to entertain everyone, no one was ever bored! We had plenty of space out back too and plenty of parking for all of our cars. We brought cornhole boards for added fun and got stuff to make smores with the kids in the outdoor fire pit. Let’s talk about what it is stocked with… we had more than enough plates, cups, silverware, cooking and baking pans and it had the regular coffee pot and.a keurig. Talk about stocked. There were towels a plenty and we got good use out of the washing machine. A couple of the bedrooms got warm at night so we used some fans that took care of it… otherwise everything was great! We came for July 4th and it was amazing to sit on the sidewalk at the beach and see fireworks a plenty in all directions. What an amazing vacation we had. Thank you for sharing your home… we had a wonderful time!

2024 Summer Vaca

Great get-a-way!! We chose the gulf coast on a whim and Vacation Station did not disappoint!! Property is exactly how it’s presented in the listing! Really there’s enough room for 10 people to stay comfortably!! Fun place that is in a convenient location to run the whole Mississippi coast line and experience all there is to offer!!

Lots of space

My favorite part of this place was how much room there was in the living room/kitchen area. There were 9 of us and I never felt crowded. I didn’t like being so far from the beach, but that’s on me for not paying attention. Could use some upgrades.
