Welcome to Colibri Gardens Villa!

The villa is conveniently located in the heart of Grace Bay behind the Salt Mills plaza. The beautiful Grace Bay beach is less than a 10 minute walk away and the villa offers quick and easy access to many restaurants, bars, the grocery store, banks, shopping, golf as well as many other amenities and activities.

The spacious villa offers 2,000 sq. feet of indoor living space including 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The main area of the villa comprises the living room, dining room and fully-appointed kitchen with breakfast bar. The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need including all appliances (fridge, stove, dishwasher and microwave) as well as a large array of cooking utensils, dishes, small appliances and much more. There is also a full laundry room with washer/dryer should you need to do laundry during your stay and a BBQ for grilling meals is available as well.

There are two bedrooms located on the main level, as well as an additional third bedroom located upstairs in the loft. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed while the second bedroom has a queen-size bed, and both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. Up the spiral staircase is where you will find the third bedroom, which is loft-style (open to below but has been curtained off for privacy) which has two twin-size beds. An extension was recently added to include a fourth bedroom with a king-size and a private balcony off the bedroom, as well as a separate full bathroom. There is also a pull-out sofa in the living room should extra sleeping space be required and a portable crib (extra large pack n play) is also available.

The villa offers plenty of extra space on its large screened-in veranda, which is perfect for ā€œoutdoorā€ dining, socializing with family and friends or relaxing in the large hammock. The screened-in veranda overlooks the semi-private pool (shared with one other villa) which is perfect for cooling off at the end of a hot day.

The entire home has central air conditioning and Wi-Fi is accessible throughout the property. The villa is also equipped with a flat-screen Smart TV, DVD player, home telephone as well as games and other activities.

Our on-island property manager is available 24/7 during your stay to answer any questions and provide assistance.

Colibri Gardens is a private, gated complex consisting of four villas and two shared swimming pools. Enjoyable stay

We love this island. Third time visiting and first time staying at this Vrbo for seven nights. Host communication was good. Pool was very convenient. Space worked well for our group size of 10. Beach was about a ten minute walk. Easy walk to the main shopping area and grocery store. My only suggestion for the host is that they include a wagon that can be used to get to the beach just for convenience.

Retreat in Grace Bay

Our family of four rented villa 3 the largest villa on the property over Christmas and New Years. The location was super convenient, the property clean, plenty of room for our small family with shared use of a couple of pools. We rented a car but everything was within walking distance including the beach and all the shops and restaurants in the Grace Bay area. We loved Turks and Caicos and we're very happy with our stay at this property.

Great location

Overall this was a great Villa to stay at during our trip! Location was perfect, easy walk to the grocery store and to the Ritz Carlton which a lot of excursions use as a pickup spot. Also super close to the shopping center and it was easy to walk to other restaurants and the weekly fish fry. Only downsides were that the pool is shared with other guests and started to look gross and owner doesnā€™t supply extra toilet paper or paper towels so once youā€™re out youā€™ll have to go buy more on your own. But other than that it was a great stay!

Great Location

Very nice and roomy. One bedroom has a wall AC unit over bed. Other than that, it was perfect for us. We were there mainly for a SCUBA trip and since TCI only has one resort with on-site dive shop being all inclusive Club Med, this was ideal. Close to restaurants and shops. Short walk to the Grace Bay Beach. It's very well appointed with appliances and utensils. Includes grill on the lanai, beach chairs and snorkel gear. Loved it!

The perfect place for us!

This house was perfect for us! It is a very short and easy walk to the beach and with short walking distance of a grocery store. The pool was just right for our 7 year old to get all of his energy out and great for the teenagers and adults to float. The screened in porch was the best thing ever!! The beds were comfortable and the pillows were even good. We are thoroughly satisfied. The host, Jasmine, gave great timely tips and responses when we asked. The owners communicated promptly and efficiently. Thank you for an awesome vacation!

Great location

Location was great, beds were comfortable and home was clean. The only thing Iā€™d suggest improving is the hot water. You get maybe 2-3 less than 5 min. Showers before itā€™s cold. We had a group of 8 so for some of us it meant always a cold shower since it takes quite a while for it to reheat. Other than that the home really is great.

Great location, perfect for us!

Overall, this was such a great location - walking distance to the beach, grocery store, restaurants all in Grace Bay. The place is bigger than the pictures show, and we were very comfortable. The house was stock with plenty of necessities, and the use of the beach chairs was great! We had no issues using the grill and we used the outside porch quite a bit (just bring bug spray). The only cons - the mattress in the 2 bedrooms off the living room are getting a bit old and lumpy, the pool could have been cleaner, and there was a couple of it small cleaning issues inside. We did not address it with the property owner because it was not that big of a concern with us. I was surprised that the house instructions stated that we were expected to clean the villa and that supplies were available for us. Not sure what we paid the cleaning fee for if we had to do the cleaning. I was fine with stripping the beds and doing our dishes, but not sure about other cleaning required... If we come back to the area, we would definitely rebook this villa!

Great family getaway

Our first impression of the villa was that it was much nicer than it looked in the photographs online. We spent much of our time at the villa on the breezy screened in porch. Our twelve year old grandson loved the pool and made friends with the neighbor kids. However, if you were visiting without kids, you would barely be aware of the neighbors. The kitchen was well equipped and clean. The washer and dryer seemed brand new. The manager was very responsive when a bathroom door was accidentally locked from the outside. It was a keyed lock, but the manager and owner worked together to get access that same evening. The owner provided lots of linens, bath towels and beach/pool towels. Only complaint was that the pillows were old and flat (understand that these can be difficult to replace on an island). Owner provided soap, shower gel and lotion, but not shampoo so pack your own. We did have a bit of an adventure figuring out foot access from the villas to the main Grace Bay Rd. The guestbook instructions are to cut through a shopping center lot, but the gate is often locked. We figured out that you can cut through Castaways restaurant (no one seemed to care) or past the dumpsters east of the shopping center gate (hold your breath). We ended up renting a car and would recommend doing so to explore outside of Grace Bay.

Great vacations

The house was great- perfect for budget savvy travelers. We were 2 families with 3 teenage daughters. Parents took the bedrooms, 2 girls stayed in the loft and 1 on the pull out couch. The loft had great curtains for privacy and all the windows in the house had shades making it easy to sleepy on the pullout. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans for cooking - the grill worked great. The porch is the best part of the house- we spent most of our time at the house on the porch. There is a beautiful breeze that makes relaxing in the shade perfect. New furniture is great and hammock perfect for reading. The pool was also a bonus- the girls spent a lot of time cooling off in there- just be sure to check with when the pool guy as to when he adds chlorine- we couldn't use the pool one afternoon as it had just had chlorine added. Only advice would be to bring some staples with you. We brought a few- kitchen sponge, laundry detergent, granola bars, instant oatmeal. Food and supplies are very expensive. There was salt and pepper, a little laundry detergent, plenty of dish and hand soap, but only 2 pods of soap for the dish washer- the rest we did by hand. Bring whatever you can - it will save you lots! We enjoyed the island very much. We visited several beaches and snorkeled each day. Having a car to get out of the resort area was key. We also took a 1/2 day snorkeling trip with Island Vibes- a great group and trip. As for beach items- the house has 6 chairs, umbrella and lots of towels. There were some shovels and pails for little kids but nothing else for water toys. Overall, this a great rental in a very quiet area of Grace Bay.

Fantastic location for Grace Bay area

Great location, just off of Grace Bay Road, close to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and grocery store. The spacious property allowed the four of us to spread out whether inside, on the enormous screened porch, or at the pool. Private and secure setting. This was our first trip to TCI, hope to return soon, and would definitely stay here again.

T&C Family Vacation

Property was clean, plenty of room. Fast response to questions. Very quiet area, total of 4 properties in gated section. Walk to food store (everything is pricey), & restaurants. Plenty of towels, kits beach toys, no wagon so bring a big beach bag. 15 minute Walk to beach is not direct, heed to cut through mall, if gate is not locked or cross other property. Landscaping needs some TLC.

Economical Way To Visit Turks and Caicos

My family of 5 visited Turks from Detroit over Easter. We stayed at the property for 10 days. The communication with the Owner was excellent. She offered beach and restaurant recommendations and even assisted with COVID entry requirements. The home had plenty of room for our family and was well stocked with dishes, coolers, beach chairs and even snorkeling equipment. We had a small issue with the cleanliness of the pool which was rectified immediately. The home could use a fresh coat of paint but other than that itā€™s a very nice property and very affordable compared to the ridiculous rates at the resort properties. Great location walking distance to a nice grocery store too!

We had a great 4 days in Grace Bay at this villa. We were 5-10 minutes walk to the beach, grocery store, and tons of restaurants. The villa was nicely equipped with beach stuff and kitchen items. No one was at the other villa during our visit so it was like we had a private pool. The value for the money at this villa is top notch.

Great Stay at Colibri Villa

We just had a great stay in Grace Bay at this property. The Villa is well equipped and the location is perfect for getting to shops, the grocery store and the Beach. It was exactly as depicted in the pictures. We loved the pool and the screened in porch. The property manager was responsive to our questions. We would highly recommend this property.

Perfect Location in Grace Bay

Husband and I enjoyed 10 wonderful days in the villa. Location is ideal with quick access to the beach, restaurants, and grocery store. The villa itself was clean, all amenities needed were provided as far as appliances, dishes, utensils, etc. The screened in porch is amazing for drinking coffee and relaxing. We had the pool to ourselves the entire time. The minimal questions we had were promptly answered by the property manager. Would 100% recommend this location if you want an option besides staying at a resort.

Location was convenient for shopping

The property was in a quit neighborhood close to dining and local shopping. I would suggest to request an adequate supply of toiletries, paper towels, and shower supplies as there was only enough to get us through about 2 days. Aside from this minor setback i would definitely request this villa for my next visit.

Quite oasis, but still close to all of the action.

Just returning from a great week in Provo. This house was perfect for our family. 2 large bedrooms and 2 beds in the loft. Plenty of room to relax. Large screened porch was where we started and ended our days. Kitchen was fully equipped- we cooked all of our meals. Gated community with a pool right next to the house. Private location with no other adjoining developments. Graceway Gourmet is a few minutes down the road. Shops, restaurants, and magnificent Grace Bay Beach all within easy walking distance. Property manager and owner were great to work with- very eager to make sure everything went smoothly. We rented a Jeep and explored other remote beaches. We really did not have a complaint or any problems, except for having to leave!!

We (Erin & Mike Copeland) live in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada with our two children. We are avid travelers and have visited many beautiful places around the world. We have always dreamed of having a place down south to call our own where we could escape the cold Canadian winters while vacationing with family and friends and making long-lasting memories.

We first visited Turks & Caicos in 2011 and we immediately knew this was where we wanted to have our vacation home. The island offers all of the "comforts of home" that we cherish while also enjoying beautiful scenery, stunning beaches, great weather and wonderful people. The location of Colibri Gardens Villa is ideal being right in the heart of Grace Bay (within walking distance to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world) while still offering privacy and tranquility.
