Spectacular 3BR Beach Front End Unit-BREATHTAKING Views of the Ocean and Beach.

Villa Renaissance is a small, 36-unit boutique condominium complex inspired by Italian architecture. Our second floor, 2,066 SF end-unit features fully-screened, pocket-sliding glass doors that open to panoramic views of Grace Bay Beach.

A sizeable living area generously accommodates family and guests with comfortable seating and an entertainment armoire with HD TV. The kitchen comes fully equipped with granite countertops, stainless appliances and a breakfast bar. For a more formal evening, the dining table seats eight.

Our spacious, wrap around balcony can be accessed from the living room or through French doors in the dining room and master bedroom. Drink your coffee and witness the sunrise from the comfort of our teak outdoor furniture.

The master bedroom has a king-sized platform bed with en suite bathroom and tub. The second bedroom has twin beds easily convertible to a king if requested and a full en suite bathroom. The third bedroom has a queen bed with full bath located in hall. All bedrooms include HD flat screen televisions. Master bedroom has a keypad safe in closet. A queen sleeper sofa is located in the living room.

Our condo is fully air-conditioned and contains in-unit Wi Fi. Additionally, all living areas and bedrooms contain ceiling fans. For your convenience a washer/dryer is available in unit. Beach/pool towels are provided at no cost. Cleaning takes place on a daily basis.

Located in the heart of Grace Bay, Villa Renaissance is just a short walk to numerous restaurants, bars, shops, and a grocery store. While there is no need for a car, Grace Bay Car Rentals is located across the street from Villa Renaissance.

The mosaic pool has been newly renovated with a cooling whirlpool, pool-side bar and furniture. Exercise and relax with the on-site lighted tennis court, air-conditioned fitness center and Teona spa.

We just came back from a 5 day stay at Villa Renaissance. Everything far exceeded our expectations. The stunning view from the condo is what first greets you upon arrival. Floor to ceiling, moveable glass walls show off the turquoise water and white sand stretched out before you. The unit was spotless and very well equipped. We were warmly welcomed by both the front desk staff and Beverly, who was in charge of caring for the unit during our stay. The location cannot be beat. We were within walking distance to some fabulous restaurants, retail stores, coffee shops, grocery shopping, and resorts. We felt safe the entire time. The property has a pool with hot tub which is protected from the wind by the buildings, and a bar for drinks throughout the day. We took advantage of both the workout room and pickleball courts. The owner Mike was very communicative and helpful from the start. We loved our time on Turks and Caicos and won't hesitate to stay here again in the future!

We had a great stay at the Villa Renaissance! The unit worked great for our family of five. Of course the beach was awesome and we loved being able to sit on the porch and look at the beautiful ocean. It was great not having to fight for a chair at the beach or pool .The cleaning staff was very good and the front desk was helpful when needed. Mike (the owner) was very responsive to all our questions and made sure we knew where to go to eat and recreate.

This is an exceptional unit right on the beach! There is daily housekeeping, and all of the amenities that you would expect in a hotel. The host was gracious and responsive to any of our questions. We had an amazing vacation and would recommend this unit unconditionally.

Outstanding Everything

Perfect place for family to stay while visiting TCI.Location is excellent. You could walk to a number of places- restaurants and shopping. Beach was right out your back door. Walking down to Grace Bay beach and just grabbing 5 chairs and 2 umbrellas every day is just tough to beat. We did rent a car, and were glad we did. But we like to explore a bit.As a family of 5 we use VRBO frequently. I’ve never had a better host. Michael was amazing. Unbelievable hospitality! You can genuinely tell he wants to share his place with you. He wants you to enjoy your time on Providenciales- we did. Thank you Michael!

A Great Stay in Turks and Caicos

The Villa Renaissance is a wonderful property that is ideally situated on Grace Bay. Villa Renaissance has the conveniences of a large property (pool-side food, bar, hot tub) yet the “feel” of a boutique hotel. We never felt crowded at the beach or pool.The second floor 3-bedroom is one of those places where the actual views and accommodations far exceed the pictures and descriptions you will use to make your decision.The amenities for the 3-bedroom Unit and the resort property were perfect for our multigenerational group ranging from ages 1 to 64. Michael is a very responsive owner and his onsite property management team quickly answered our questions and helped to make our stay very enjoyable.I highly recommend Villa Renaissance and the 3 bedroom accommodation.

Stunning

Everything was absolutely perfect! We had the time of our lives and your Villa was all we could ask for. The views were incredible! We loved being able to walk to coffee shops, restaurants etc. We can't wait to get back some day. Mike was extremely helpful and always very responsive for any questions I had. You won't be disappointed if you book this villa for your incredible vacation.

Simply gorgeous!

Lovely place for our family to stay! This 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo provided an abundance of space for our family get together and the views and accessibility to the gorgeous Grace Bay Beach were incredible! Fully stocked kitchen, loved having the stackable washer/dryer in the condo, quiet surroundings, and full service cleaning service every day along with concierge service. We felt quite spoiled! We opted not to rent a car as everything is within walking distance and bicycles are provided as well. The pool and hottub, along with the beach, were every day hang outs - our 2 year old granddaughter loved "swimming" every day! The owner was very responsive and helpful throughout. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family looking to vacation in Turks & Caicos!

Great views, great place, great host

This was our first visit to T&C, and we already want to go back. The host was communicative and helpful all throughout our planning and our stay, and we couldn't have asked for a better home base for our visit. We took our three teenage kids with us, and it was the perfect amount of space for everyone. The unit is exactly as it looks in the photos - super clean, amazing views, and very close to everything you could need. There is a shopping center right across the street, as well as multiple restaurants. The area is convenient and clean, doesn't feel overly commercialized. We only needed a car for the airport and for our day trip to the marina for an excursion. My only regret is that we didn't stay longer!

We did not want to leave! This villa was perfect for our family! Michael was such a gracious host! The villa was well stocked, the location was convenient to restaurants and stores, and the walk to the beach was a dream. And the beach - perfection! The staff was so kind and helpful! We soooo appreciated their help throughout the week! We also loved the bike access.

Truly Paradise

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Renaissance ! We stayed in Michael’s unit 208 and the place had everything we needed and the view was absolutely beautiful! The unit was very spacious, clean and extremely comfortable. The only issue we had was lack of hot water for our showers throughout the week. Everything else was top notch and we would definitely recommend it to others because staying in Grace Bay was truly paradise!!

Tranquility

The location was perfect, ocean view, close to the beach, close to shopping and grocery store. Plenty of restaurants nearby-walking distance. Pool on the property, with beach towels and bar. And, plenty of excursions to choose from to entertain you, friends, and family.

Grace Bay

The condo we stayed in was amazing!!! It was within walking distance for grocery store, shopping, restaurants and souvenir shops. The beach view was gorgeous as well. We had our own beach front area with chairs and umbrellas set up daily. Also had a bar available for great drinks!!! The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. They had encouraged us to book all excursions thru them. As well as Taxi to and from airport. Some of the drivers there were not up to par. Aside from that we would absoultley stay with Villia Rennisance and Mike Michaels 150%!!!!!

Unforgettable Paradise

You won’t regret booking this beautiful condo. We had an amazing time and will be returning! The view of the beach from the wrap around balcony is gorgeous! It was so convenient to be so close to the beach and the pool we could run back up and grab anything we had forgotten. The pool bar made really good Pina Coloadas and they were so nice to bring our drinks and food down to the beach to us! This is the luxury of a resort without the crowds. The shops, restaurants, and grocery store were all within walking distance. We loved waking up early and getting iced coffee and donuts at Turkberry right across the street. The condo itself is so spacious and you’ll have everything you could need. 10 out of 10!

The best spot in Grace Bay

This was our second time staying in Unit 208 and our fourth time at Villa Renaissance. I've already booked it for next year. The pool/beach/staff/location is just perfect. It is the most tranquil spot on Grace Bay but a 5 min walk to all of the best restaurants (~15 min to Coco Bistro!) and the bustling nightlife scene at the Ritz. My kids (2, 5) spent 8 hours a day at the pool and beach. It is so wonderful to be able to quickly pop back into the room when needed. Can't imagine staying anywhere else on Grace Bay.

Very Pleasant Stay

We have stayed at the Villa Renaissance at least 10 times, and this unit is certainly one of our favorite units. It is exceptionally clean and well-appointed with a nicely equipped kitchen. Communication with the owner was easy and prompt. We will definitely be staying here again.
