Thank you for staying with us, and we’re glad to hear you enjoyed the home and its beautiful location. We’re sorry to hear there was frustration around TV access and departure instructions. We reviewed the communication history carefully and do not see any mention of a TV issue during the stay, which is something our team would have been happy to help troubleshoot had we been made aware. We also confirmed that checkout instructions were sent through the text line connected to the reservation, by email, and through VRBO messaging. It appears some of the later communication came from a different phone number than the one on the reservation, which may have contributed to the confusion. Our team did assist with arrival access, helped with a request regarding lost reading glasses, and also assisted with an added day to the stay.

Thank you Amy! So glad you enjoyed the home and took advantage of the great location! Steven, iTrip Vacations Charleston Beaches
