Welcome to 123D Shipwatch! Located in a gated community, this beautiful 3 bedroom condo on the first floor boasts direct beach access and easy access to the pool, making it the ultimate Isle of Palms retreat.
Step inside to discover a bright interior with a beachy feel. The living area invites you to unwind with a coastal feel, flat-screen TV, and plenty of seating for the whole group. Sliding doors take you out to the balcony, complete with seating and an outdoor dining table. With ocean views, it’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy the salty beach breeze. The fully equipped kitchen welcomes any home cook with sleek stainless steel appliances and an island for additional prep space. Grab a barstool seat at the countertop for a quick snack, or gather around the dining table to enjoy home-cooked meals.
123D features 3 bedrooms, providing ample space for everyone. The primary bedroom boasts a king bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 features one queen bed, while Bedroom 3 offers one double and one twin bed. Each bedroom has its own TV for added entertainment, and two additional full bathrooms ensure plenty of privacy.
Shipwatch At Wild Dunes is a fantastic condominium community and one of the best maintained at Wild Dunes. Featuring one of the largest pools on the island, a bonus children's pool and a travertine tile surface, the Shipwatch swimming complex is one of the best. Other features offered at Shipwatch include a beach gazebo with an observation deck, complimentary Wi-Fi service, manicured lawns, and one of only two playgrounds within Wild Dunes. Only while staying at Shipwatch can your children swing or play on a teeter totter as you look out towards the Atlantic.
Finally, as a guest at Wild Dunes, your family will be able to enjoy precision golf at the Wild Dunes Harbor Golf Course, the world-famous Wild Dunes Links Golf Course, the Sand and Sea Spa, bicycle rentals, and several restaurants (seasonal) located on site.
Ideally located, this beach condo on the Isle of Palms is an easy drive to Sullivan’s Island, Mount Pleasant and Historic Charleston. Sullivan’s Island (7 miles) features Fort Moultrie and wonderful dining options along Middle Street. In Mount Pleasant (8 miles), your family will want to visit Boone Hall Plantation with its avenue of oaks, the USS Yorktown.

- You must be 25 years or older to book this home.
- Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September.
- Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels.
- Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.
- From May-September, guests will need a pool pass for Shipwatch pool access. (Not needed off-season.) The pools are open year round but are not heated.
- Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- Golf carts are not allowed at this complex.
- Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes.
- Guests have access to the Shipwatch pool, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately.
- Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.

- There are 2 parking spaces available. Parking in Shipwatch is first come first serve.
- To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass. Passes will be emailed to the guest before their arrival.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff.
We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
