How about this: The sound of Ten Mile Creek running through the backyard from your patio. Being in Frisco makes it easy to get to all the local ski resorts, and you’re only 1/2 block from Main Street and the free shuttle to the slopes. This place offers your group a great location and value!

This perfectly located 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is a great getaway for small families or groups of up to 6 people. The living room features a wood-burning fireplace, flat-screen TV and DVD player. The fully equipped kitchen has a dining table with seating for six people. You’ll love having access to the indoor heated swimming pool, hot tub, and sauna after a day on the mountain.

Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, access to the central laundry facility at the Club House, and parking for two vehicles. You’ll also find a basketball hoop and horseshoe pit outside the Club House for entertainment! And like every Summit Mountain Rentals property, this home comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

We were given wrong code. At first never got our welcome email. Took an hour to get in.Never got the tv to work. 5 remote controls to work with and no lables! Curtin in living repaired with curtins that dont match "different color shorter leng looks like hell" the onlything going for its close to town.

4th of July getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay and had plenty of space for 6 of us. The condo is quiet and also next to the stream so perfect spot. Hot in and pool were nice too!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was very convienent to Frisco Main St and to the Summit County bike trails. It's far enough off Main St to be very quiet. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen is small but suited our needs. Hot tub was good. The only issue is the front door lock is not very secure - no dead bolt on the door.

Great apartment in wonderful town

This VRBO was clean and in walking distance of a superb little town. My friends and I came up for an outdoor hockey tournament and we really enjoyed the place. Only issue was the shower would sometimes go from really cold to really hot. Despite that, this was a wonderful VRBO and I would 100% stay here again

Fully equipped unit that was updated and comfortable. Location at the base of Peak 7-right at the Independence Chair. Ski lockers available, toiletries, underground parking. Exceeded our expectations.

Place was pretty much as advertised. Close to everything and the 3 bedrooms was a plus.

Good and would stay again. Wish the TV was a little larger, they are very cost effective to buy these days.

Clean and convenient but needs repairs

The condo was very clean which was the most important thing. Also very convenient location and Frisco overall is a much better value than surrounding areas. The heater (radiator ?) in at least one room was beat up and looked neglected. The metal handle in one of the showers is broken. This was noted by another reviewer as well so it seems like issues are not dealt with promptly. The thermostat setting seems like more of a suggestion, it was set at 66 and would randomly get hot at night.But overall I’d stay again.

Location was perfect for access to Breck and Copper! Bus service to Copper was convenient, as there is a stop almost in front of the condo complex. Unit was very clean and served the purpose as a comfortable place to stay while attending Nationals at Copper. Good for the price! Not a luxury unit, kind of reminded me of my college apartment, but it was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located.

Aged property in need of updating and/or maintenance.

This is a beautiful area of Colorado... too bad this unit has been deprived of basic maintenance. Both bathrooms had shower valve's that intermittently went to very cold or extremely hot. Additionally, there was exposed metal on the shower door in the master bath. The furniture, in general, is very worn...the dressers in all bedrooms barely functioned. The kitchen, while supplied with all the necessities, the majority of pots/pans had handles that were broken or detached and the coffee pot barely worked.

Frisco location close to ski and dine.

Great location and perfect for three old ski bums' annual attack on the slopes. It was close to good restaurant choices each night. One big downer was the flat-screen TV was the smallest we've ever "tried" to watch. Come on, you can get something bigger than a toaster-size TV. This was a great setup for us with 3 bedrooms and two full baths. However, the decor could use an update beyond the circa 1980 furnishings and carpet.

Nice place even though it has been around awhile. Nice kitchen and rooms. Somewhat of a plumbing issue. Bathroom sink had hot water coming from cold tap for a while then it gets cold. Shower water sometimes went from hot to cold then back. Pass to the pool/sauna didn't work, we got in the first door but not the door to the pool area. The last night we tried and but someone open the door so we could get in. They also said it didn't work at times for them. Other than that, it was nice, heat work good, and was comfortable. Gary

Great spot to ski at multiple mountains!

We skiied at Keystone and Vail. Perfect for a group of 6 that has cars. We would stay again!

A Cozy Condo in a Great Location

We really enjoyed coming “home” to this clean and comfortable condo after a day on the slopes! It’s located in the very cute town of Frisco close to restaurants, shops and stores. The condo is well furnished with comfortable beds, pretty dishes, nice toiletries and plenty of white, fluffy towels. The clubhouse is located beside your building and contains an large indoor pool, hot tub, changing rooms and a laundry room enabled with CSC Pay Mobile! This means that from the comfort of your warm condo, you can verify that there are washing machines available for your use and you can pay for them with a swipe of your finger. Then, you can have a soak in the hot tub while your laundry is washed. The condo is located on the third floor which means that you are rewarded for your climb with a tree filled view out the living room and no footsteps thumping above your head. We had a wonderful stay!
