This kid friendly condo is the perfect place for your Winter or Summer vacation! It's conveniently located in town near Vons, shops, restaurants and on the free shuttle line.

This condo has everything you need to make your little one comfortable! In addition to being one level inside the condo (no stairs inside), the owner has supplied a Graco pack 'n play and rocking chair (located in the living room), and the condo is a nice half mile walk to the Mammoth Creek Park playground. Moms could not be happier!!

The living room features a large 40" TCL Roku TV, DVD/VHS player, radio with CD and cassette player, wood-burning fireplace and dining area with seating for 6, with an additional 3 at the bar. This condo is just steps away from the Horizons 4 complex hot tub, outdoor pool, recreation room (with pool table, ping pong table and arcade games), tennis courts, and grassy area with two large public gas grills. These amenities will surely keep your little ones busy all day!

The master bedroom has a Queen bed, flat screen TV, and private vanity with sink. There is an alcove off the living room that has 2 Twin beds (perfect for kids). This condo is a BIG Value! All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more.

The condo comes with 2 outdoor parking spaces. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. There is 1 step to this unit, 1 level inside, and no smoking is permitted. Wireless internet included. Our calendar is updated in real time. Please Note: This property makes use of surveillance equipment outside the home. Cameras at the front of the home monitoring the front door. Unfortunate vacation

Clean but...

I think they were all on the same circuit. The bathroom light was dim. We the like the layout with two bunk beds and the queen bed.

Cozy and well-stocked

Our only complaint was the bed in the master bedroom which was very hard!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo is old, no upgrades, pretty dark especially the bathrm, shower. Almost everything looks as if it came from the thrift store. Backs up the a noisy street. Only benefit was it was clean but not worth the money. Just slept there, hung out elsewhere in another condo with family.

The rental office staff was very nice, and they were courteous enough to let us in two hours early of the check in. That was wonderful. Our experience was fantastic, so much so that we want to go back before the summer is over.

Close-to-town Comfort

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were only able to take advantage of half of our planned stay due to the worst of the wildfire-induced smoky conditions in September running us out to find cleaner air, but look forward to returning to this well-situated condo. We enjoyed being so close to grocery shopping, the Village, etc. and had the National Forest not been shut down, would have taken advantage of being on trails in minutes! The unit is in an older complex, but clean, comfortable and quiet. Parking was easy right outside the building. We had everything we needed to work during the week and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make all of our meals.

Worst stay ever !

I had a really bad stay here . Let’s start of with the first day we arrived we instantly found rat droppings. We also found trash that has not been taken out, rat traps, plumbing is so horrible every time your neighbor flushed or showered a very sqeaky loud noise would sound. The microwave did not work would not heat up idk what my husband did too make it work. The fridge took three days too actually get cold (like if someone had just plugged it when we got there ) it was warm in there. I messaged the manager she stated she was booked and couldn’t move me but could send the maintenance guys over and never did . Emailed her Sunday night and also nothing . So I just wanna say in my first trip too mammoth was the worst experience of my life for my husband and kids .

Hi Aishia, Thanks for the feedback. We are sorry you were not pleased with your stay at this property. However, it is helpful to know our guest's experience. Maintenance did respond promptly, found nothing wrong with the fridge, and zero mouse excrement. Fridges in Mammoth seem to be not as cold as lower altitude residences. However, they are. After warm food is input, it takes a few hours to cool the warm food and rise back up to colder temperature. Concerning mice, traps were put out even though maintenance did not find traces. With all that said- we are sad to hear you did not enjoy the Mammoth Lakes and the beauty it offers. All the best- MSR

Summer 2019 Trip

It was great that there were no flight of stairs to get inside, easy on my knees. Only issue we had was the noisy water pipes. Anytime someone ran water for shower or toilet it was loud enough to even wake me up at night. This happened when water was used in any of the four condos in our building. The raise the stay was fine in this condo.

Had to call the property management and let the plumber in while I was out of the property. Some basic items missing: trivet, salt, hot pad. Poor lighting in the bedroom (rather common in rentals)

Mammoth visit 2018

Room spray got rid of the smell. Wi-Fi would have been real nice to have during our stay. We enjoyed our stay and would/will return.

Happy Guest

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall a comfortable condominium. There was plenty of fire wood to keep us warm, the beds had clean sheets, the kitchen was fully stocked, not with food but with plates, cups, and etc. The neighbors were nice and the overall cleanliness of the grounds was great. Checking in and out was very easy. I wish they would charge or allow a late check out, 10:00am is just too early after a day of biking, hiking, and swimming.

Nice but disappointing

Reviewer Comments: For the rate we paid, all would have been great; Very clean, cozy, great wood burning stove, but Going to bed was a huge disappointment. Bed is old and hard . Therefore I would not recommend to a friend nor stay their again unless better bed.

Perfect, cozy, and warm condo!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved every minute of our time spent in horizons 4 #189. My favorite aspects of the condo were the fireplace, the bunk beds for our kids (10 and 8 years old), and that it was pet friendly. The only suggestions I would make would be to have air fresheners (kind of stale air and you could smell possible urine in the carpet) and cutting boards (rather than just the one in the cabinets). Other than that, things were just perfect!! Thank you, we will definitely be returning next year!
