Family weekend

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely weekend in beautiful Sorrento home everything was easy and home very clean our only disappointment was the spa it was cold and we could not use on our first night. This was the reason we rented the home and we would have appreciated if it was warm when we arrived as we only had the home for 2 nights. Would have been nice if we were told it took so long to heat or maybe offered to have the option of it already being heated when we arrived. Could not fault service of your office and appreciated prompt refund of bond thank you T

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 8 of us staying at the house and there was so much room for everyone! The fire was amazing and made it so homey. The stocked kitchen cupboard was a nice touch - it had everything we needed. To top it off the jacuzzi hot tub was incredible and so warm. It was close to Sorrento town where we had drinks as well as being close to Hot springs where we went on Saturday. Can not fault it.
