Experience the epitome of luxury at Dolphin Lagoon, a premier holiday house nestled in the picturesque Salamander Bay. This grand property accommodates up to 14 guests in six elegantly appointed bedrooms, providing a perfect haven for large families or group of friends seeking a spectacular coastal retreat. Dolphin Lagoon is designed for family and extended family use only as it is located in a quiet residential setting, please make sure you fit this criterion before booking.

Whether you're captivated by the tranquil lagoon pool views or mesmerised by the beautifully landscaped gardens, every feature of this property is designed to make your stay comfortable and memorable. Each bedroom offers generous space and features a range of different bed sizes to cater to various needs. Six pristine bathrooms enhance the convenience, with some bedrooms boasting ensuite facilities for that touch of exclusivity.

Four bedrooms upstairs all with ducted air conditioning with two having King beds, ensuites and Smart TV’s, the other two bedrooms share the main bathroom which is fitted with a bath, shower, vanity, and separate toilet area.

The upstairs level also has the stylish, enormous illusion of relaxation in the open plan living area, with an understated palette of neutral colours to allow the natural light to flow through. A huge fully equipped gourmet kitchen that cleverly opens out to the open plan living area with ducted air-conditioning and hosts a huge 80-inch Smart TV, unlimited Wi-Fi, and a lavish dining area for 14 people.

Downstairs there are also two large bedrooms both with ensuites, split system air conditioners and Smart TVs. An internal laundry with a front loader washing machine and dryer and parking in the double electric garage with internal access, parking for three more vehicles off street in the driveway.

The massive bonus of an air-conditioned, open plan poolside entertainment room showcasing the second kitchen fitted with all inclusions such as a dishwasher and family size fridge/ freezer. And large TV area with a Smart TV, plus a renovated bathroom with shower, toilet, and vanity. This is the perfect place to bookend the days, unwind and welcome the first rays of sunshine over breakfast or watching the last of the light drop for the evening.

Enjoy modern conveniences such as ducted air conditioning, a smart TV, Wi-Fi, and a games collection for some family fun! For the culinary enthusiasts, take advantage of the property’s expansive outdoor area with a fully equipped alfresco BBQ kitchen overlooking the pool.

Dolphin Lagoon is located a quick 500 metre level walk to Old Salamander Village where you will find a Pharmacy, IGA supermarket, Bakery, Butchery, drive through bottle shop and a selection of eat in or take away restaurants.

Across the road from Dolphin Lagoon will take you to Wanda beach where you can go for a casual stroll along the beach and even see a dolphin or two swim pasts. As the sun sets, retreat to the enchanting porch deck with the harmony of nature as background music. (e) intentionally, recklessly or negligently cause damage to premises, any common property or any other communal facilities within the immediate vicinity of the premises, or any public property in the vicinity of the premises
(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.

Family holiday

Unfortunately one king size bed had wonky springs so could only accommodate 1 person Happy with location Pity about ‘solar’ heated pool was cold due to overcast weather, kids still liked it For price I would have thought ‘Linen’ would have been included & not just left piled in bags at front door, having to make all the beds ourselves was tiresome

Huge well appointed house

We enjoyed our stay with children and grandchildren in this spacious and comfortable house. The only disappointments were from the previous guests who left the 2 garbage bins and the 2 recycling bins full and they stank for the whole week of our stay before garbage night! The BBQ was also very dirty and the gas bottle and burner had been left on so that bottle was empty. The pool solar heating was either off or set too low so the pool was a bit too cold for the little kids.

Excellent house, true luxury, five stars

We enjoyed very much our stay in this house. The house in enormous, plenty of room, the kitchen is well furnished will all necessities and appliances. The rooms are well fitted, big and comfortable beds. Huge TVs in the living room and in most bedrooms. Good quality wi-fi, works well. The pool is nice and big, the water is quite warm. What we didn't like: The washing machine was very dirty, we could not use it. One bedside reading lamp is missing in one of the rooms. We were given only one key from the agent which is obviously not enough for 10 people (5 couples). We had to ask for and go back for another key. But these were just minor inconveniences.
