Nice stay for three nights

Property had all essential things to stay for 3 nights. And it is near to beach. Really had a good time spending at this property.

We have stayed here at Ocean Forest Villas on and off for around 25 years and love this place ...

We have stayed here at Ocean Forest Villas on and off for around 25 years and love this place every time we are here. It is always clean and quiet, and close to every thing we enjoy doing here at the beach. Actually started to buy a condo here 25 years ago and feel like it was a mistake that we didn’t. But we will be back sometime next year, Thanks for a wonderful week !!

This was our second year staying at this condo, and once again, we had a wonderful time. The unit is in a quiet, family-friendly area, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. There are coin-operated laundry facilities on site, which were convenient for our stay. The condo came stocked with plenty of beach equipment, which made our trips to the beach even more enjoyable. The fully functioning kitchen had everything we needed for meals, and with two bathrooms and plenty of sleeping accommodations, our family was very comfortable. Easy access to the beach was a huge plus, and we loved the multiple pool options—especially the one with a baby pool, which was perfect for our younger kids. We appreciated the abundance of towels and bedding provided.  We truly enjoyed our stay and are already looking forward to coming back next year!

Not clean

Bedding was blood stained and dishes in cupboards were dirty. Location was good. Cleaners should check the rooms before signing off on them. Will never be back

Refrigerator making noise

The fridge was making a whistling sound off and on..Kept us awake a lot the first night. called it in and a guy came and thought it might be the freezer fan during defrost cycle. Has not yet been fixed at time we left ---it was quieter when we turned the freezer temp down but still did it off and on. also all tvs work differently --no instructions for any of them -manager helped us. Also when we got there the code did not work--after holding for 30 minutes an elliot rep answered and gave us a new code. Place could use a few more utensils and glasses --- was adequate for 2 people. otherwise the place was fine. We arrived on Wed and the local office is closed then --something to consider since you have not much help if you run into trouble

Out dated and not clean very small bathroom

The overall was just ok. My daughter found toenail clippings in her sheets the first day. There was splattered liquid all over the wall in living room that i cleaned up. The couch was very uncomfortable as its textured and very firm. The doors were all squeaking. I had to WD40 all of them. The ac cannot go any higher than 67 and that is way too hot for me. Master was warmer than rest of the condo and the shower stall was insanely small!!! Overall master bathroom is just too small. None of us showered in it esp bc shower head was so short and pressure was awful! The sink was very tiny as well. I had gone to the office 2 times and each time no one was there. ESP the day we checked out and it was 9:30am…and supposedly open. Lights were off. i had questions about checkout and how to leave the condo. Bc the fridge directions stated i had to clean all bathrooms and kitchen and wash floors but in the agreement i paid a cleaning fee. It said to use the linen bag for the sheets and towels but no linen bag was to be found. It was confusing when booking through Vrbo and then no communication through Vrbo owner it was through a realtor place and Vrbo says one thing and the realtor place says another for info. I would not stay here again. The brown condos a few blocks down where we stayed last year were awesome. But nothing was available.
