The main level has a full kitchen, living room with gas fireplace and half guest bathroom. The master bedroom and bathroom upstairs has a king size bed. Office desk and workspace. There are TVs with basic cable and Roku. Wi-Fi is also included. Great views and of course for winter fun, Beaver Creek ski resort is just 5 minutes drive away and Vail 10 minutes in the other direction. The perfect location for a fun filled ski vacation. It is possible to ski backcountry down to the house through a gate off Beaver Creek ski resort.
There are supermarkets and shopping nearby and plenty of world class restaurants to choose from in Vail and Beaver Creek.
In the summer there is a great deck that opens onto the aspen trees. Relax and enjoy the BBQ. Close by is a new community saline swimming pool, pickleball and tennis courts just a 5 minute walk down the road. The Eagle Vail Golf Club and first tee box is right next door with the driving range and putting greens a little way below the house.
There is a great shaded mellow hike at the top of the road and many other hikes within a 15 minute drive.
