Home away from Home

Beautiful home that is stocked with everything you need to have an enjoyable getaway! Very clean home, comfortable beds, stocked kitchen and fantastic bonus room to relax in or star gaze at night. Beautifully manicured lawn and large fenced in back yard. Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors and has a great road to walk on with the dog. It has been a blessing to get to stay at this property several times!

A truly amazing home!

We stayed at this fantastic home for a few days and enjoyed the beauty of Pagosa Springs. The house was so clean and beautiful and the owner anticipated our every need. The beds and towels were especially plush and the cool mountain air was such a relaxing treat. I would suggest this home to everyone!

Wonderful property, clean and tidy home, friendly neighborhood and a nice road to walk the dog on. Great communication with the host. Lovely back yard for the dog to be safe in. Beautiful sun room to relax in and view the amazing stars late at night!! Got a peak of some Northern Lights while we were there!! Thank you for sharing your lovely home! Cozy Pagosa getaway

We really enjoyed this mountain property in Pagosa Springs. This cozy property included everything we needed to enjoy a wonderful getaway to Pagosa Springs for our first visit. We would definitely consider renting from this property again!

Perfect family stay

We booked this house at the last minute and couldn’t have been happier with the property and house. Clean, quiet, very accommodating for our family, and deer right out the back door! Will definitely use again if available and we are in the area.

Lovely mountain retreat

Super clean and well laid out house. Great location. Very quiet and peaceful. Really loved how well the kitchen was stocked. Bathrooms could perhaps use a makeover but overall lovely and cozy.

Great house for 5-6 People, Nice Yard

We used this house to snowboard at Wolf Creek (50 Min Away). The outdoor sun room is great when snowing outside. The yard was great for the pets. Planning to return.

Perfect home away from home

I felt this VRBO was even better than it appeared in the pictures. I have never stayed at such a well equipped home. Everything you need is there without a doubt! The property manager was super responsive and we loved being at this adorable well payed out home!

Lovely respite

House was well equipped, clean and comfortable. A great base for Pagosa. Property Manager was attentive and responsive. I would highly recommend both home and service.

Perfect house, quiet neighborhood, great location to gorgeous hikes, all the amenities you need, peaceful sunroom for morning coffee, and a fenced yard for our fur boy. Sweetretreat

The home was outstanding and the service was wonderful. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the communication and attention to detail. The home was spotless and had everything we needed and more. The neighborhood was beautiful and so close to restaurants, shopping and the hot springs. This was a ski trip for our family and everyone had an amazing time. We also enjoyed walks through the neighborhood in the evenings. Very peaceful and safe area. We would highly recommend this home if you are looking for an extremely clean, comfortable and conveniently located home in Pagosa Springs.

Very clean and cozy vacation home

We had a very pleasant stay for a Thanksgiving week in this wonderful property. It’s location is very convenient - only 5 minutes to the City Market and restaurants. It’s in good condition and was very clean with sufficient kitchen and bathroom supplies. The sun room is wonderful and my kid stayed there all the time. Wi-Fi is excellent and is definitely needed since the cellular signal is not available in that area. We all love this house and think it’s a perfect house for family vacation. We will try to rent this same house next time.

Cabin home and neighborhood immaculate. Every thing works and well appointed. Garage a plus since we had two utvs. Two setbacks however, no AC and cabin was a bit warm with temps in low 80’s. Opened a window and turned on ceiling fan in the evening to cool down with the cool air from evening rain. Also, master bedroom sheet protector stained with yellow spots. Otherwise an excellent stay.

Fabulous

Great stay - had everything you could possibly need. Home was clean and neat. Beds were comfortable. Only suggestions would be to get a taller sofa in living room. Hard for us seniors to get up off of it. And to get some matting under kitchen rugs to prevent slipping. Loved the sunroom - spent most of our "home" time out there. Our best short term stay ever.

Great home base for a Pagosa Stay

The house was a nice size and comfortable for our group of 4 adults, 2 teens, and 2 dogs. The pics are accurate, but a nice surprise was the backyard. I was worried my little dog would escape from the fence, but there's actually chicken wire blocking the gaps that you can't tell from the pics. It was their first time seeing snow, and they absolutely loved playing in it. My sister and I loved reading our books in the sun room while the rest of the group was snowboarding at Wolf Creek. Great restaurants nearby for us to meet up for dinner. And obviously getting a day pass at the Hot Springs is a must. My only complaint is the neighborhood roads once you turn off the main road are not paved and got pretty muddy. Not a deal breaker - just something to be aware of.

Fall trip to Pagosa Springs

The house at 115 Sweetwater was perfect for our 7-night fall trip to Pagosa Springs. The house was furnished nicely and we enjoyed how close it was to town. The master bed was very comfortable but with just 2 of us we never used the extra bedrooms but they seemed to be well arranged and decorated. We especially enjoyed the sunroom for our morning coffee and for a quiet place to read or relax while we watched the deer roam the area every morning and evening. The neighbors throughout the subdivision were very friendly and our dogs loved the fenced yard (and we were very appreciative of the secure fencing!) The management company did a great job of staying in touch with us and checking on us periodically. My only word of warning to anyone traveling without a car is that there is no "ride-sharing" in the area and there are only 2 cab drivers in town. We found out the hard way when we tried to find a ride to a evening event in town. We would book through iTrip again!
