Great for families or friends, come enjoy this waterfront property with unrestricted mountain views. 3 bedrooms, 2 bath and beautifully furnished. There is a living room and garage-turned entertainment room with plenty of space for gathering together. Behind the home is a deck with a grassy backyard leading to a dock on the water.

This home is very close to restaurants and grocery stores, just 10 minutes from downtown Pagosa and 30-40 minutes from Wolf Creek Ski Area.

This is pet friendly for dogs only. The pet fee is 75.00 plus tax per dog, as well as a refundable 100.00 per dog. There is a 2 dog maximum unless authorized, inquire within.

This home does not have AC.

Great Family Vacation Home

My kids spent countless hours fishing from the dock. Close enough to town, but far enough that you feel like you’re in the mountains. Great place.!!

Beautiful Place

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was exactly as pictured. We had six adults and three kids and there was plenty of room for everyone. The place was very clean and had a well stocked kitchen. The lake was enjoyed by everyone. Would definitely stay there again.

Absolutely perfect

Absolutely the perfect place to stay in Pagosa. I used to own a home in Pagosa so I knew the area. Being on the lake, the Mountain View and the tranquility of Pagosa is all here. The house is gorgeous and beautifully decorated. Incredibly comfortable and convenient to everything. Wouldn't think twice about staying here again!! Absolutely loved our time here

Quick ski getaway

Great property! Convenient location, flat circle driveway. Everything is as described. Beds were good, everything worked well. Especially liked that the hot water was instant and hot enough for me. Would be great in the summer… with the outdoor patio space backing up to the lake. Would rent again.

Beautiful and comfortable home for our family gathering!

This home is big and spacious with plenty of room for our Thanksgiving gathering. It was very clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare our Thanksgiving feast for 8. The lakes views were spectacular and there was plenty of yard space for our dogs. I would highly recommend this home, and we will definitely come back this summer. ofyardspace for ourdogs.TVRmm

Our stay in paradise

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second time staying in this home. Our family of 7 loves it. It fits us comfortably (5 adults and 2 kids), and our 2 fur babies. The home is always clean and has everything we need. When we requested a few more towels, they were delivered promptly. Our kids, both adults and “Littles”, loved fishing right off the dock in the backyard. They caught huge bass, crappie, nice size trout and sun fish. The back porch is mom’s favorite spot, as she can relax and watch all the fun from the couch! The sun rises with the hot air balloons are just beautiful. We had three young bucks that visited the yard several days. A bonus was watching tiny bats chase insects in the evening. We cannot recommend this place enough!

July 4th

Pagosa Springs is a fun small town. Fishing, hiking and disc golf filled out week. The house was just as advertised, very clean and close by to the grocery store and many restaurants. We had 8 adults in the house, I appreciated all the seating, but the kitchen chairs were very uncomfortable to sit in for any length of time. The frying pans could also be replaced as the non stick coating is coming off 90% of them. But if you eat out all the time it won’t be a problem.

Quiet waterfront relaxation spot

The house is spacious, comfortable, well-appointed and clean. Perfect distance from the hustle and bustle of town yet close enough for a quick drive in or to our desired hiking spots. Neighborhood is quiet with many trees, and the waterfront location was such a treat. We appreciated being able to bring our dogs along for the trip. Our only critique is that the backyard was unkempt - grass not cut, bushes in need of trimming, tree branches needing to be picked up, etc. There is a small patio pond near the grill area that is not operational and held stagnant water. The top deck gate didn’t latch, which was fine because we don’t have small children, but we found out our dog figured out she could bypass the locked lower gate and go under the deck to roam about. Perhaps a seasonal cleanup crew can remedy this before the next guests - we noticed many neighbors out mowing and sprucing up their backyards. We’d love to return for a future visit.

The best birthday week! It was one of the most relaxing weeks we’ve ever had. My only complaint is no fresh air in the house. The windows are screwed shut. Other than that, I do recommend this place.
