Whether you’re a golfer, a beach lover, or are just looking for a quiet corner of the Monterey Peninsula, this Pacific Grove home offers a peaceful refuge that’s just steps from the bay and the Monterey Bay Recreation Trail.
Equipped with an EV charger and directly across the street from Pacific Grove Golf Links’ ninth green, and just a two-minute walk to The Grill at Point Pinos restaurant, this 1,350-square-foot home offers plenty of space inside and out, with large outdoor multi-level patios in the fenced back yard that are ideal for afternoon barbecues or enjoying a glass of wine in the evenings.
The pet-friendly 3-bedroom, 2-bath home is close to many of the most beautiful places in Pacific Grove, including Asilomar State Beach and historic Point Pinos Lighthouse, and is also a few minutes’ drive from the Pacific Grove gate to 17 Mile Drive and Pebble Beach. It’s also just a 10-minute drive to the Monterey Bay Aquarium and Cannery Row, or to dining and shopping in charming Carmel-by-the-Sea.
Other attractions within a half-hour drive include the natural wonders of Point Lobos and Big Sur, and wine tasting and dining in Carmel Valley Village.
Living Spaces The front door opens into an entryway that leads to a semi-open floor plan with living room, kitchen and dining area. The living room includes a leather sectional sofa and chair, a 55-inch HDTV, large windows that look out on the back yard, hardwood floors and a wood-burning fireplace with black granite surround. Living room has a separate air conditioning (AC) and heating unit for your comfort. Well-equipped for extended stays!
Kitchen and Dining The updated kitchen features tile floors, granite counter-top and back-splash, stainless steel appliances, including a gas range and French door refrigerator. A door from the kitchen opens into the back yard, making outdoor dining easy and convenient. The indoor dining table seats 6.
The back yard includes an outdoor dining table under a covered patio, another table and chairs in the center of the yard, two loungers and several other chairs. The back yard also has a gas grill and is fully fenced although there is one low section.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms Bedroom #1 has a king bed. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed. Bedroom #3 has two queen beds. Two hallway bathrooms are available, including one with a deep jetted tub and separate shower stall, tile floor and granite vanity top. The second bathroom offers a granite-tiled shower and tile floor.
A laundry room with washer and dryer is located near the living areas.
Parking is available in the driveway and on a paved area parallel to the street for a total of four off-street parking spaces. EV charger- 1450 receptacle for your car charger or use available 1772 charging cable. A large array of solar panels on the roof of the house help keep electric costs down in this energy conscious home.
Well-behaved small dogs are welcome with pre-approval, an additional pet fee and a signed pet addendum.
This home is a monthly rental and we request that all nights of your stay are within the same calendar month. Some exceptions may be possible, with the approval of our team and the homeowner. Extended stays are often possible.

This property is a couple of blocks from the beach, and across the street from a golf course. It is spacious with all the items we needed for our one month stay.

Spent 3 months - Jan-March 2026. Located on a relative private street across from the PG Public GC. Friendly quiet neighbors on both sides. Very open and spacious house. Very short walk to the walking path at the ocean for long walks/biking and sunsets. Many days we could hear the surf. SVR was excellent and responded promptly to any request. Just a note on back-yard. It's not a yard for children to play in. It's grows naturally and is not grass. But lots of sun in the morning on the large deck in the back and in the afternoon on the front patio. The BBQ gas grill was the cleanest of any rental we've every had and they had a full propane take and a backup.

The home needs a lot of work done on it. Especially the window that ran from the top like a waterfall when it rained. It got the furniture wet and we had several times of having to clean this mess up with no rags, used the bath towels. The back deck was absolutely filthy, along with all the furniture on it. None of the cupboards in the kitchen shut all the way. Our experience with Sanctuary Vacation Rentals was good.
