Meticulously maintained 3 bedroom 2 bath corner unit. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare your family's meals. New granite counter-tops and stone back-splash. Bedrooms include 1 King, 1 Queen and 2 twins with an additional queen sleeper sofa in the living room. In unit laundry room. Central heat and air. Beautiful balcony with rugs, large table and six chairs for outside dining. Fireplace. There is 5 off-street parking spaces including 3 covered and 2 in the driveway. The unit is close to the beach and boardwalk.

** During our high season (June 1st - September 30th) We only accept weekly rentals with Check-ins on Saturdays.**

This warm and spacious beach house was perfect for our family. The location is ideal and we felt very much at home. Our stay could not have been better and we hope to rent this property again next summer!

Girls weekend

Great house perfect location!

This house is ideal for a family vacation! Close to the beach/boardwalk, restaurants and bars. Spacious condo big enough for 2 families. Host is easy to talk to and work with and responsive. Will rent again next summer!

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful stay at Kathy’s house. The condo was clean, fully stocked with amenities. We enjoyed the quick walk to the beach and boardwalk. Check in was easy and Kathy was available by phone for any concerns. We had a great week!

Great Vacation Spot!

We had such a wonderful time at this beautiful property. Close to the beach and boardwalk. Very clean condo. Host was very responsive! The property is on the second floor, so there are four sets of stairs to get to the property if that is a concern to future bookers. Thanks Kathy for the wonderful stay and great memories!

North Wildwood Stay

The house was very comfortable and clean. We had everything we needed. The only suggestion I would make is upgrade the mattresses. The owner was very responsive and helpful.

Summer Kickoff

The property had all the amenities for a comfortable stay. It was clean, spacious, decorated for the beach vibe. More than generous parking was provided. Located convenient to shopping, the beach and boardwalk. We stayed in June so the neighborhood was very quiet. Our host Kathy was very accomodating! A huge bonus was the use of the grill! We were able to eat healthy meals during our stay. We would recommend this property.

This condo was fabulous! Great location and very clean!

Great condo! Very clean! Only recommendation is to give a key for the closet that the fire extinguisher is located in. Thank his we didn’t need it but if we did we wouldn’t have been able to get to it. Also, the freezer gasket needs to be replaced. Anytime you opened and closed the refrigerator the freezer would open. Kathy’s condo is kept very clean, beautifully decorated and in such a great location! We will definitely be back!

Wonderful Owners, Wonderful Stay!

We had the pleasure of staying at this property. Not only was it clean and well maintained, but it’s in a fantastic location. Also, there’s a garage to store your beach stuff, and a beautiful balcony to listen to the ocean at night. The owner was beyond accommodating. The ONLY reason why we gave 4 stars to the check on process was because there was no communication regarding how to get into the unit. I am not sure if that was anyone’s “fault,” and I feel bad even saying anything anything about it. Other than that initial “mishap”, everything was beyond fantastic! There was a washer and dryer WITH detergent and fabric softner, all bedding (huge accomdation), beautiful decorations all over, and a wonderful , empathetic owner. We will rent again from this destination. Between the price, the wonderful owner, and the destination, you cannot beat it! Thank you so much for a fun and memorable vacation!

It was truly a pleasure renting to this family. Unfortunately the previous renter did not return the key which was unfortunate but I’m glad we worked it out. They were a lovely family and I hope to see them again.

Kathy was a fantastic host! Her place was pristine, super clean, and had an amazing deck that my friends and I loved hanging out on.
