Beautiful 4 bedroom 2 bath home with heated spa, jet propulsion, privacy fence. 2000 square feet under air. This vacation home is turnkey ready and comes with gas grill, bikes and all necessary equipment for the beach (chairs, beach towels, cooler and bikes) which is only 5 minutes away. There are 3 beaches close by(VANDERBILT,WIGGINS-PASS, NAPLES BEACH ). Centrally located to multiple shopping centers, best restaurants in town, bars and lounges, marinas , public tennis and golf and so much more Naples has to offer. Great neighborhood....safe and friendly. Oh yes, did I mention we are a pet friendly home...Come celebrate the Holidays or your vacation!!

good property bad contact with the owner

i want to say my review in 2 ways, first of all the average of the house is positive, the house is clean and complete for a family, but i SENT more than 6 mails to the owner and he never answered(Now he need my review and suddenly apeared) i didnt had light inside the dressing room in the master bedroom and nobody answer my mail i called to a phone number that i saw in a bookstore and the man who answered me didnt recognize my reservation and my number, so the house but if you had a problem forgett to receive help from somebody, so in average i DIDNT recomend it, there are many many houses and all the owners or at least the mail that you put inthis site allways somebody answer, this man NOT

Beautiful House, Amenities and Service Lacking

I’ve wrestled with how to put this review, as I’m not one to complain about much, but there’s definitely some points I feel need to be shared for those who are considering renting this house. The home itself is newer, well maintained, spacious for 8 people, and very clean. The pool and outdoor set up was great, we loved that we could slide the 4 patio doors all the way open and enjoy the space indoors and out. We did have some issues with the accommodations however. The house was WiFi equipped but there was no username and password to be found. The ones in the welcome book and info on the fridge had been scribbled out and rewritten multiple times. None of them worked. We called the owner a few times to try and get this fixed as some of our guests had intended on working from their laptops while on our trip. The owner informed us that he lived out of state, did not know how to fix the issue, and asked us to “please not call him again.” We were given a number to a local woman who I believe is the house cleaner, who also couldn’t fix the issue. We had no WiFi the entire week, no further contact from the owner, and over the weekend Naples cell service was out too making it extremely inconvenient. The other thing we found inconvenient was that the house was not stocked with items like trash bags, toilet paper, dish washer soap, etc. we had to make several trips to the store to buy items that are typically stocked in vacation rental homes. The owner never emailed me with instructions or any information about the house. I had to call him the morning of our trip for this information. It became clear during our stay that he is simply inexperienced in managing rental houses and using the internet to do so. I can understand this but I do think the description of this property should be updated to reflect the limitations to the accommodations.

Very nice home. Close to everything. Beach, shopping, downtown and best restaurants in the country. Very clean. The owner was very courteous and friendly. Would definitely stay there again. The house has everything you need.

Lovely house in great area

We stayed in this property over New Year while attending a wedding. The property was perfectly situated, close to all local amenities (shops, restaurants, banks, bus stops) as well as being walking distance to the beach (although there are bikes available for those who prefer this mode of transport). The house was spotlessly clean and well equipped. We used the pool and ate outside sitting on the patio every day. Perhaps another half bathroom would have made the mornings a little less frenetic but overall this is a great property on a lovely quiet road and I recommend it highly.

Not as advertized

The house looked worn for being advertised as new, kitchen was not supplied adequately to cook a meal. The garage was full of old furniture on one side, no pool toys or beach accommodations. There was 3 new bikes. No directions on how to use the hot tub in the pool, ants in the bathrooms, dishes not really clean, no cable channels, just local, expected more from the pictures and description.

Cant wait to go back

I really enjoyed staying here. It was a perfect get away with enough room for me and my fiancee and our married friends with their two young children. The house was clean and welcoming. Needless to say, we spent most of our time pool side. The pool was clean and while we were there there was even a pool cleaner that came to clean it again. Was a great trip and I can't wait to go back.

Gorgeous home, in a beautiful location!

The location was perfect! Close to the beach and restaurants. My friends and I had a wonderful vacation. House was immaculate.
