This executive vacation home boasts views from every window while providing a wrap around deck to enjoy the outdoors. Take a walk along the wharf as the fisherman head out or come back to shore, spend the day at the beaches or swinging your clubs at the many golf resorts in close proximity and enjoy Island hospitality at many local cafes and restaurants or just checking the sites. This vacation home is located in close proximity to all amenities from beaches to golfing to restaurants and cafes. The property neighbors North Rustico and Cavendish and is only a short 25 min drive to Charlottetown and 35 min to Summerside.

Great location, spacious and lovely view.Rental had minimal decor, needs bedside tables and lamps in each room (nothing at present)Should have a few more dishes available and wine glasses (only 2)Towel racks needed in bathrooms.Overall we enjoyed our stay. We were a group of 11 people. The views were spectacular. There was an informative guide book and they left us lovely treats. If booking ensure you bring shower soap, shampoo, hand soap and salt & pepper. It was in a great location. We enjoyed it very much.

Outstanding vacation home

Absolutely outstanding vacation home. Hosts were top notch. House had tons of room, very clean and modern. Kitchen was stocked very well and so were the bathrooms (supplies, towels, etc.). Photos of the house/property are 100% accurate. Morning views from the deck were outstanding (photos attached).North Rustico/Cavendish area was lots of fun. Great restaurants, fishing charters, etc.Would definitely recommend this rental property and would for sure stay here again.

Great location with beautiful view

We really enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable and clean with lots of space. Large yard (we flew kites) and outdoor living spaces. Easy check-in and check-out with great communication.

This is a beautiful home on a quiet street. Plenty of outdoor space. The location is also ideal, as itā€™s central to many areas and activities youā€™ll want to do. We would absolutely book here again.

Fantastic house for a generational family visit

We had three generations of family stay at the house. There was plenty of room for everyone to eat, gather and relax. The view is stunning especially the sunsets over the River Clyde. Everyone remarked how beautiful the house is and its location. We would stay here again.

Great house and location

The location is great and there is lots of space for a group. There were 10 of us. The house is fairly new and still needs a few more things for the kitchen like a strainer for pasta. And extra blankets. Hopefully those minor things will be remedied soon!

Relax and enjoy the view

I couldnā€™t say anything better about this house, and itā€™s location. The style, the space, it can not be matched. I will miss the 9pm spectacular sunsets, that wrap around porch, the separation between the kids (bottom floor) and adults (top floor)ā€¦. My grandparents got to cross off PEI from the bucket list as my Da ended chemo earlier this spring. For my last vacation with both my grandparents, I couldnā€™t have asked for better. Jake was extremely responsive (which we didnā€™t need much, just a few small clarifications- island life calls for some things for the densely populated stateside people. Everything we wanted to do was within a half hour or so, the neighbors were awesome as well- Jake, they want info on your fence guy- I just canā€™t thank you enough for making this trip to PEI everything we hoped for by letting us borrow and love your space.

Great peaceful location with water view

Short drive to shops, boardwalk and beach. Must have a car to get to amenities. The house is spacious and spotless. Host very responsive and helpful.

PEI Gem

Myself and a few friends stayed here for a golf trip to PEI. The house is amazing with a beautiful view and is in close proximity to several of the islands nicest golf courses. The property manager, Jake, was incredibly responsive and helpful. We could not figure out the grill and he drove down to fix it for us within half an hour. 5 out of 5 stars would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Stunning Views!

Absolutely beautiful, convenient location! The house is modern and bright:) Unfortunately, only 2 bedrooms had window treatments that darkened the rooms. In addition the kitchen could use some help- no pot big enough for lobster cooking, no vegetable peeler, garlic press or whisk. Thankfully had my rv and was able to grab these items. Another item of concern is the BBQ - not an adequate appliance at all. We again grabbed our small bbq from the rv. Lastly, we scoured the guest book for garbage day instructions- no info. We absolutely loved the house , itā€™s location and the sunset views. An upgraded kitchen , and bbq,room darkening bedroom curtains,and perhaps a few sand chairs would make this review a 10 out of 10.šŸ˜Ž

60th Wedding Anniversary family holiday

Gorgeous location, awsome views from the deck. Watched Bald Eagles and Ospreys every day. House was perfect for our family of 8. Hydro outage wad handled promptly by our host, Jake.

Bi-annual get together interrupted by Covid

Reunion

We gathered our family together for a reunion, having not seen our children/grandchildren since Christmas 2019. This home was perfect. Large, roomy and comfortable, it was well laid out and impeccable. We were 11 in total, there was plenty of living space and never too many cooks in the kitchen. The property is large and private. The views from the wrap around deck were spectacular...sunrises, sunsets, even a night time lightening storm. We would recommend this property and hope to visit again.
