This was the perfect space for 3 couples. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathrooms, and the open areas had way more space than we anticipated. The hosts were great and provided us with a pack n play for our baby. We loved the location, right on Thames street near a ton of bars, restaurants, and shops. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great location and loft. Beautiful, clean with necessary amenities. Very roomy, perfect for a group attending weddings, spending weekend in Newport. Highly recommend, will be back!! Easy arrival and departure instructions. 2 parking spaces and you don’t really need your car to stay local.

Everything was perfect. All three bedrooms and bathroom were beautiful!! The location is fantastic! Walked across the street for great coffee. We love our stay!

This is listing has access to all wharfs and sight seeing, we were a big family and all room comes with it is bathroom so no worries, value for off season is perfect

Great Location. The property was so clean, super spacious and all amenities were outstanding. Some of the on staff people that we met were so helpful and accommodating. We will absolutely be back.

Excellent Choice

Nice secure accommodations close to town. Easy walk to shopping and fine dining. Open floor plan, extremely clean and very responsive staff. I would recommend staying here.

Beautiful spacious 3bedroom, 3 bath. We were there with 6 family members to see son’s Navy OCS Graduation. This condo is in the heart of Thames street- an easy walk to shops, restaurants, bars, the yacht Museum. We really enjoyed our stay. We had some light issues which were quickly resolved after a quick phone call to the management. This stay exceeded our expectations. Great experience!

Great property! Wonderful location with parking for two vehicles that was easy (you receive two parking passes when you check in for the lot right there are the site). You are right on Thames which is the heart of all the action (so, yes, a bit of noise, but not that bad and noise machine in bedroom if you like that). Check in is at 4 pm and despite asking for an earlier time, we were not able to check in earlier. However, the space is worth the price as there are 3 full bathes and 3 bedrooms with a great living space and a table you could eat at along with barstools in kitchen. There are beach towels and chairs if you need along with a washer and dryer. We didn't have the chance to use all of these, but what a nice option! Would totally go back! I wish we had more time to stay longer. The price was a bit higher than I was hoping for, but worth it for the stay based on location, parking and amenities!

Amazing spot

We go to Newport every summer with friends and have stayed at other short term rentals as well as many hotels. This stay cannot be more centrally location, so spacious and clean and easy and will definately be booked next summer for our stay. Cant say enough!!! Thank you

Newport lofts

Loved the accommodation. All rooms were nice and comfortable with heat and all the kitchen utensils! Only issue was noise after hours. Both nights there were people outside around 1:30 making a lot of noise!!!

Very nice space, but so much street noise

Space is beautiful, lots of room and as described. Street noise is awful. Space is above a public parking lot, with people coming and going until 2am. You can hear car alarms and conversations. Most people are loud at 2am. lolLocation is in the heart of town. Your parking space may or may not be available.

The property was fantastic. Our family attended a wedding for our niece in Newport and we needed a three bedroom unit. The condo was everything in the listing and then some. I had requested early check in an was pleasantly surprised when we were able to check in at 11:00AM. There were three bedrooms with king beds and private bathrooms, an open floor plan with the kitchen and living room and parking for two cars right below. The condo was very clean and all the appliances worked well. We had an issue with the wifi at first, but the property manager took care of that quickly and he was very responsive. There are beach chairs and beach towels which was a nice addition. I’ve seen other reviews that there was lots of noise late into the night, but we did not experience that at all. The condo is located on Thames close to Midtown and we were able to walk to most everything which was nice. I highly recommend this property and we will definitely be back.
