Sea Squire 104 is a cozy and cute ocean block, two bedroom and two bath condo just a half block from the beach in North Ocean City, Maryland. This condo is on the ground floor for easy access and has a porch adjacent to the living room and one off the master bedroom as well. The fully equipped kitchen will enable you to easily do meal prep and serve in the separate dining area. Bed sizes include a king in the primary bedroom, and a pyramid bunk and double in the 2nd bedroom accommodating up to seven guests. The primary bath has a shower only. Owner has upgraded cable TV service with 125+ channels and complimentary wifi so you can stay connected during your stay at the beach. Please note guests are not permitted to use the grill at this building. This location is close to Northside Park where Sundaes in the Park is held weekly in the summer, and is also near a number of great restaurants including Dumser's, Bourbon Street on the Beach, Higgins Crabhouse and more. Property rents any 3 nights all season.
Guest must supply sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.
An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo or your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
