Location was perfect

In town for vball tournament,the condo was very nice, could use some more kitchen utensils. It was very clean and super convenient to convention center. Will stay here again. Thank you so much

Super clean and convenient

This condo was clean, the kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookware, the beds were all comfortable and the space was adequate for our group. Angel was a very communicative host.

Nice Condo, Good Location, Horrible Management

The condo is very nice, the location is convenient, but the property management is horrible. When we arrived at the property the e-mail from the property manager said there would be a binder that contained information on the property as well as the access cards to get into the amenities of the resort (pools, fitness center, clubhouse, etc). However, there was no binder or access cards. I notified the property manager immediately and was told that the "local team" would bring over new cards the next day. To make a long story short, this pattern repeated every day of our 6-night stay (I would contact the manager about not receiving the cards, she would respond with "the local team would bring them tomorrow") and we never received the access cards. When one of the main reasons for booking a property is because of the amenities the resort offers and to not get to use those amenities is a huge disappointment. Another, albeit lesser, annoyance: On the first night we asked for additional pillowcases (the condo had extra pillows in the closets, but they did not have pillowcases). Again, for the first three nights we were told "the local team would provide them", but never did. Finally, on the fourth day, the manager said "sorry, extra pillowcases are not provided". Again, not a huge deal, but very poor management. So, I would highly recommend renting a condo in Vista Cay, but not one from this property manager.

Unfortunately, the access cards to get into the resort amenities are provided my the HOA (Home Owners Association). We were in constant communication with them regarding your case and tried to the best of our abilities to deliver them promptly for you to enjoy all the rental had to offer. great location but needs some work on services

Check in, location, & description were great. We got there late on a Sunday and when we took showers Monday morning, there was no soap...anywhere. We looked all over both bathrooms and nothing. I emailed and requested soap to be dropped off since it was to have been provided. I was told they would not provide "extra" soap. I explained that there wasn't ANY soap in either bathroom. I was told they had pre-inspection pics that showed soap on both bath counters, so I would have to go to Publix for "more" soap. I explained that they were mistaken as we had NO BATH SOAP. I asked for the pics and was told they would send them. I asked again on Wednesday for the pics and NEVER received them. To argue over $3 worth of soap, when I asked for it within 24 hours of check-in seemed wrong but we went to Publix, in a rain storm, to get our soap. I also mentioned that we had bath towels and hand towels but no wash cloths. I was told that was correct, as wash cloths would not be provided per covid (????). Bath and hand towels OK but not wash cloths??. I was told to follow the trash guidelines on the back of the door...but NO door had any trash guidelines. Was told to follow the checkout procedures in the welcome book, but that too was missing. They did email me copies of both, but again, not provided as stated. I also was told in several emails to not set the temperature lower than 72* with 74* being the recommendation. When we arrived, the air was on and set at 68*. Just another "miss" by the pre-inspection crew. Would stay at location again but do hope they improve their customer service and hospitality.

Dear Jessica, We are sorry to hear our customer service was not sufficient to ensure a good experience. We do provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive such as hand soap, shampoo and conditioner in each full bathroom. Our local management team assured us they were left. We did ask if you wanted us to send the pictures from inspection to you, but this questions was never answered. Hence, we never sent them to you thinking you had already purchased some and the issue was resolved. Washcloths are not provided as per Covid, CDC. This information can be found in the property description too. Regarding the home binder and trash guidelines which were missing, we apologize. We have left a new printed copy in the property and thank you for bringing this to our attention. We will work on improving our service moving forward to ensure all our guest´s expectations and needs are met. Please accept our sincere apology if we did not deliver, in your case.
