Great location, felt very safe with the gated community. Chexk in was super easy, the host communicated all info before arrival. The only negative is there were small number of ants in the kitchen. But will definitely return!

We stayed for 21 days, was a great apartment, clean, lots of space. Very close to all attractions. A nice new refurbished pool area to relax and enjoy the day. The owner is so great, very friendly helpful and supportive. Also the response time on questions was vey good. I can fully recommend to book this. If anything could be changed a litte more storage space in the bedrooms would be great. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed it al lot. So a big thanks to the owner for all the support during our stay. It was a pleasure to be your guest. We definitely will come back as soon as we can.

The condo was just as pictured in the listing. The beds were very comfortable and the place was clean. It was great to have the pool nearby as well as a grocery store and several restaurants. The kitchen is lacking silverware and dishes- definitely not what we are used to when renting a vacation condo and hoping to cook a few meals for our family. The couch and outdoor furniture are not comfortable for relaxing. Overall- the stay was good and our family enjoyed the location. We stayed during AAU volleyball so we were away in the nearby convention center much of the time.

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed review. We're happy to hear that you enjoyed the condo, found it clean and comfortable, and appreciated the convenient location, nearby pool, grocery store, and restaurants. We're also glad the comfortable beds helped make your stay more enjoyable. We truly appreciate your feedback regarding the kitchen supplies and the furniture. We understand how important it is to have enough dishes and silverware when preparing meals for your family, and we will review these items to see where we can improve. We will also take your comments about the couch and outdoor furniture into consideration as we continue updating and maintaining the property. This was a great place and resort to stay for our family of 5. It was 5 mins from Epic Universe and 15-20 from Universal/Island. Communication with the host was quick.
