Welcome to our modern property nestled in Kensington. It offers spacious living quarters, mins from shopping boutiques, restaurants, and stunning walking paths. Whether you're looking for a night out or a relaxing getaway Kensington has something for you. This property is fully loaded with everything you'll need; BBQ, HIGH SPEED WI-FI, and free parking. The location is ideal for tourists, professionals, and reunions. The property is equipped to accommodate families with kids, infants, and is pet friendly. Look forward to hosting you but NO PARTIES HERE!

The property has beautiful furnishings, clean contemporary lines, and lots of natural light. The unit offers 3 floors of living space, 3 beds, 3.5 baths, and an open concept kitchen/ living area ideal for entertaining/ family time.
The ground floor features a spacious sitting area, TV, a dining space, a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and half bath.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, stove, microwave, fridge, tea pot, coffee machine, dishware, pots, pans, cooking utensils, cutlery, and much more, even a bread-maker!
Upper-level features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom offers plenty of space and comes with a comfy king-size bed, walk-in closet and European style en-suite bathroom, a glass walk-in steam shower, 2 sinks, and a toilet.
Second bedroom features a new queen-size bed, closet, en-suite bathroom with soaking tub and bidet toilet. The upstairs also offers an easily accessible laundry room with a washing and drying machine.
The basement features an additional bedroom with a queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom, business area, spacious game room, comfortable sitting area, small fridge, books, and games.
You can enjoy your morning outside, in a sunny beautiful front area.

Our property is quiet, safe, and suitable for families with kids of all ages (including babies/ infants). You will find everything you need to ensure a relaxing and comfortable stay. If needed the property offers a baby bath, baby gates, changing table, high chair, a pack-and-play, kids’ cups and plates. The property is in close proximity to a playground, walking paths, and stunning views of the downtown skyline. Families with kids are welcome! Please let us know if you travel with babies and equipment you need so we could prepare for your stay accordingly, thank you.

The property is also ideal for remote workers, featuring High Speed WIFI, a printer, desk, numerous power outlets, a comfortable chair, pens, stapler, and sticky notes.

We accept well trained/behaved pets but limit pets acceptance to hypoallergenic non shedding pets. We all know how problematic pet hair and dander can be for pet-allergic guests. No matter how much you scrub, dust and vacuum, it's not possible to completely remove pet allergens from a house. Guests with pets, please let us know you are brining your pets and consider other guests health conditions, thank you!

Direction: The property is located at on Kensington RD, NW.
Location: Nestled in trendy Kensington, the property is minutes from shopping boutiques, restaurants, and cafes. Whether you are looking for a night out or exploring the many walking paths, Kensington has something for everyone. The property is well insulated to ensure guests won't be bothered by traffic or street noise.

Parking: Guest parking is located in the back alley, right behind the unit. The garage is available upon request ONLY. Street parking is FREE and preferred for larger groups. IMPORANT NOTE: 11am - 5pm (Monday to Friday) Kensington Road is restricted to 2-hour parking and NO restrictions on weekends/holidays. Please provide car plate # and province to register to park outfront.
Amenities: Easily accessible walking/biking paths along the Bow River, lazy river rafting during summer, and many public parks. The property includes an outdoor sitting area, barbecue, and patio lights.
House Rules:
NO PARTIES. QUIET HOURS designated from 9PM TO 7 AM - CALGARY BYLAWS. Must be 28 y.o. to be able to book the place.
All guests spending the night must be authorized-registered and approved by host. Unauthorized visitors will result in a $200 fine.
Self-Check-in with lockbox: 4:00PM.
Checkout: 11:00 a.m.
No smoking
Make sure the fire place is off before you go to bed or leave the premise.

Delightful!
This is a lovely place to stay and the communication with the host was excellent. It's a nice location and there were helpful notes and instructions throughout the house to make things easy for us. There's lots of natural light and it's well decorated. There were plenty of dishes, cutlery, etc., and the master bath had a heated floor which was a treat. Strongly recommend!

Great location.
House was exactly as advertised. The kitchen was well stocked. It was very clean and the Christmas tree was a lovely add on. The location allowed for walking to restaurants and shopping. I would highly recommend this property if you are considering a stay in Kensington.

Lots of light, skylights & beautiful furnishings. Steps away from bus stops, pubs, coffee shops, restaurants, parks and the Bow river.... best location to be in! Prime location for tourists, wedding guests, while attending business meetings or a conference, reconnecting with a family, renovating your home or simply ultimate weekend getaway.
Whether you want to bike along the river, stroll the neighborhood while sipping some of Calgary’s finest coffee or spend the night listening to live music – Kensington has it all! A walk to Downtown, LRT, 3-5 minute drive to SAIT, UofC, Foothills Hospital, 15 minutes to Airport. Yoga studios, an outdoor communal pool, tennis courts - 5 minute walk. A few minute drive to Gyms. Walk across the Peace Bridge into historic Eau Claire and Princes Island Park, and then right into the shopping and business district of downtown Calgary, or walk along the Bow River and end up at the Calgary Zoo. Kensington is also known for being a biking paradise.
