When we got there the room had dirt on the floor and the bed cover was dirty as well as the pillow cases we laid down on. We didnt have extra sheets or toilet paper. Also to be on vacation and then have to buy all the things just to have a relaxing time ist this place ay all. The hotel its self has horrible smell in there water asnwell as the halls. The elevator was super hot no air at all. Then you had to walk to the parking deck to get your car, i mean for the price it would have been better I think if the property had the items for the house, Like toilet paper and someone to come by and give you clean towel and sheets. The walk ist that bad to the parking deck but they advertise 2 parking spaces like it would be close to the room. Not at all the vacation i wanted or thought of having. I will not be back here.

Regarding toilet paper, additional supplies, linens, and housekeeping services, the items provided with the rental are outlined in the rental agreement and property information prior to booking. Elliott Beach Rentals is a vacation rental company rather than a full-service hotel, and our rentals do not include daily housekeeping or automatic replenishment of household supplies. We also appreciate your comments regarding the parking arrangement and the resort's elevators and common areas. Parking and building amenities are managed according to the property's established procedures, and some aspects of the resort are outside of Elliott Beach Rentals' control. We regret that the property did not provide the vacation experience you were hoping for. We appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention and hope your future travels provide the relaxing experience you are looking for.

Great vacation apot

We love staying here perfect location. Beach is so close views are amazing. The pools and lazy rivers are awesome. Very relaxing atmosphere.

Really enjoyed the condo, very well decorated and updated kitchen. Condo stocked with kitchen supplies, bed was comfortable. Of course being on 19th floor the view was spectacular, but high up. Luckily being on the top the elevators ran quickly, but slower time of the year. No complaints at all and would like to come back to this one .

We weren’t aware the front door entrance goes into our bedroom. And the room is...

We weren’t aware the front door entrance goes into our bedroom. And the room is close to the elevators, so we can hear everyone outside of our room and the dings from the elevator. I don’t love that we have to use the closet in the kitchen to hang our clothes, next to cleaning items. Would recommend extra hooks for wet towels. Would recommend high top chairs for the deck so you don’t have to look through bars at the ocean, while sitting out there.

Cleanliness/ mold

I was very excited to spend my vacation at Bay Watch, however I had the worst experience when it comes to cleanliness. This was the 5th time to Myrtle Beach as my kids love it here.The location was great.When we checked in the lady was rude and when I got to the room, I was shocked at how dirty this place was. I called Elliot Beach Rentals to let them know the same day I arrived and I was told that someone would come in the next day at 9am. I waited for them to show up and no one showed up. Not only I spend it my first day cleaning( instead of going to the beach with my kids) but even the second day I kept waiting for them to come and clean it as I was promised and no one showed up. I paid a cleaning fee to find my room disgusting. The floors, oven, coffee maker, fridge, counters were very dirty. There was mold at the balcony door, so didn’t even bother to open the door as I didn’t want my kids to breathe mold. Everything had dust like it hasn’t been cleaned for a long time. The bathroom sink wasn’t working. I would be writing all day to put all the details but there are to many. I paid a fee for using Vrbo and ended up spending more money to by cleaning supply’s and wasting my quality time with my family to clean the room. Very DISAPPOINTED and will never rent with Elliot or using Vrbo. And I’ll make sure I’ll share my experience with friends and family so they don’t go through what I did.
