🌊Oceanfront | Great Views | Awesome Amenities | Caribbean Resort 203🌊

Thank you! We're glad you enjoyed the pools, lazy river and balcony views. We appreciate your notes on the kitchen and sink. We'd love to know what we could have done to make it a 5-star stay. We hope to welcome you back to Luxury Beach Rentals!

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry the door, keypad, mattress, and towels did not meet expectations. We’ve shared these concerns with our team for review.

Thank you for the 4-star review for Caribbean Resort 203. I’m glad your stay was great overall. I’m sorry you found roaches in the kitchen — that’s not acceptable. I’ve shared this with our pest-control teams so the unit will be treated thoroughly and we’ll increase monitoring and cleaning. We’d love to host you again.

Thank you for your review, Marylee. We're glad you enjoyed the location and amenities, and we hope to welcome you back to Luxury Beach Rentals soon.

Thank you for your feedback, Patty. We're glad to hear you enjoyed the property. We appreciate your input regarding the parking garage and understand that tighter spaces can be challenging for larger vehicles. We hope to welcome you back for another stay soon!

Holly, We appreciate you taking the time to write a review. We are disappointed to see you left us a one star. I would like to address your review you wrote, as our team provided you with excellent customer support to ensure you would have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We updated our listings in December 2024, prior to your reservation, disclosing that construction at the resort would be ongoing until April 2025. You were made aware of the construction taking place before you created your booking. During your stay, you informed us about a dead bug and some maintenance issues. We offered to send out our maintenance team as soon as possible to address the items you brought to our attention, in which you replied there is no need to send someone from maintenance for one bug. I do not see that you mentioned anything about the cleanliness of the unit. Had we been made aware, we could have offered to send our cleaning team. Looking through our communication, I see you contacted us after business hours and we promptly got back to you the following morning during our business hours. Please know there is always the option for you to contact us after hours with the emergency line. We always want the opportunity to quickly resolve matters that are brought to our attention. Our team prides themselves on costumer service and we take every opportunity to go above and beyond for our guests. We hope you will reconsider your review and we can have you back for a better future experience.

Hi Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. The cable offered on the TV does provide local news stations, it does not have the sports package. We are happy to assist our guest with any issues or concerns on how to operate anything. We do hope you enjoyed your stay and will come back again soon.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We’re thrilled to hear your whole family enjoyed the space, the amenities, and the convenience of the resort. It’s wonderful that the layout worked well for couples, little ones, and grandma alike. For safety reasons, we aren’t able to keep shared spices in the condo, though we do provide a starter pack of essentials and encourage guests to bring anything extra they might need. We appreciate your feedback on the pools and hot tub—those are managed by the resort directly, and we’ll be sure to pass along your comments. The toilets you mentioned have since been serviced, and we’re glad the perks like plenty of parking passes and pool wristbands made your stay easier. We’re so happy to hear you would stay again, and we’d love to welcome you back for an even better experience next time!
