Guest Access
Guests will have full access to the private condo and resort amenities including indoor and outdoor pools, a lazy river, and direct access to the beach. Parking is available in the covered garage (7FT clearance only—no roof racks, trailers, or cargo carriers permitted). Please note: motorcycles, golf carts, and trailers are not allowed.

Other Things to Note
• Booking Requirements: Guests must be at least 25 years old. We do not rent to locals.
• A copy of your driver's license and a signed rental agreement are required to complete your booking.
• Some amenities, such as pools and hot tubs, may be seasonal and subject to availability depending on the time of year. Please feel free to contact us for specific opening dates and availability during your stay.
• Ocean Blue does not allow motorcycles, trailers, golf carts, roof racks, or cargo carriers. Parking garage height clearance is 7FT.
• As a guest, you'll find public beach access perfect for sunbathing, swimming, or beachcombing.


All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee

Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees

Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply
