Enjoy extraordinary views of the Gulf of Mexico from this huge balcony and the intercoastal waterways from the kitchen of this 9th floor condo.

A large open gourmet kitchen with beautiful cabinetry, gorgeous granite counters and updated stainless steel appliances, fully stocked with all the conveniences you desire for your home cooked meals. You can also enjoy the BBQ grill area on the second floor community grill space or relax on the sundeck and gazebo. The ultra comfortable living room includes a flat screen smart tv to enjoy your favorite shows or access your Netflix account and enjoy a movie while you gaze out at the amazing view of the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy dinner and drinks with plenty of seating on the balcony and to watch the fabulous sunsets.

This condo has a split floor plan which is perfect for two couples. King in master bedroom with beachfront views, balcony access, it's own TV, and completely updated private ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The master bedroom overlooks the beach and has a private entrance to the large balcony which extends across the entire unit. Queen in guest bedroom, with hallway access to the guest bathroom. The completely updated common bathroom with large walk in shower.

You will stay connected with your family at home with free wifi throughout the condo, plus a designated work space in the living room if you're working from home. There is a full size washer and dryer for your convenience inside the unit and high quality linens and towels, including beach towels, so no need to pack those items!

LANDMARK TOWERS offers 2 large heated pools and spas, 2 private tennis court, shuffleboard, large sun deck on 2nd floor with gazebo and gas grill, 24 hour security. You have an assigned under building parking space and plenty of guest parking.

Walk across the street to THE SHOPPES ON SAND KEY for shopping and restaurants, including the infamous Columbia Restaurant . You are minutes from Clearwater Beach and John's Pass is a short drive down the Gulf beaches for a great day of shopping, eating and water fun.

A great way to create memories of a fabulous beach vacation, you won't want to go back to reality, this is your piece of PARADISE!

Million dollar view

The best location on Sand Key, this unit is close to shopping and multiple restaurants, yet not as crowded as those North or South. It is fully equipped, everything from kitchen and beach needs to binoculars and games. Gated entry ensures security. Security staff and other owners/renters were friendly and helpful. I will say that the family room TV was challenging. The only downside was the master bed. It really needs to be replaced.

Wonderful!

The condo exceeded our expectations. The view is breathtaking! Plenty of patio furniture to sit and enjoy morning coffee, dinner and watching the sunset. The rockers were especially nice for enjoying my morning tea! Lots of little extras to start you off with and plenty of towels, beach cart and beach gear for our use. The condo is beautiful and so spacious! The management company was great and very responsive when we needed to talk to them. Easy check in process with detailed instructions for everything. The spot is perfect as it doesn't get as crowded as Clearwater Beach or Sand Key Park. We even met some of the lovely neighbors in the building who were extremely friendly. We did not want to leave!

The booking process was very easy, check-in process was efficient, condo was nice (had all kitchen items that you would need for cooking), balcony was very large, good location (close to Jolly Tolly stops).

Gorgeous sunsets!

The condo is just as beautiful as advertised. The staff was very welcoming and the grounds are beautifully maintained. Lovely little restaurants and shops right across the street.

We had everything necessary available to us including a lot of small unexpected things that we really appreciated. The condo was super clean even to our expectations and we are neat freaks and germaphobics. The view is amazing with bear sunsets you can only see in pictures..the part of the beach we got access to was nice and only had a few people of any while other parts of the beach towards the center were completely filled with people which would have been very difficult to deal with. we will certainly be returning. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Thank you
