Hi Ryan, we want all of our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we're sorry that you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and we wanted to share the following: - We include a map on our listing so that guests can see the approximate location and neighborhood of the home prior to booking, but we apologize that this caught you off guard. - The owner recently installed a 40-gallon water heater tank to ensure the house consistently has hot water throughout a guest's stay. Thanks for letting us know about your stay!

Hi Kimberly, Thanks for the review and the feedback. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:- Yes, the home is on a road that can become busy during certain hours of the day. You will see that other reviews have mentioned this as well, so we include a picture of the front of the home, including the road.- Pre-renovation, there was not a dishwasher, nor did the listing state that there was one, therefore I apologize for any miscommunication that you may have received. Post renovation, we did add a dishwasher for our guests to enjoy.- Regarding the floor in the bathroom, the vinyl flooring was old and therefore, had a couple of small gouges and scratches on it. We've since renovated the bathroom and it now has high-quality tile so that will no longer be an issue.- Your concerns about the windows were also taken care of, as the home now has new windows throughout. We hope this addresses your concerns and look forward to hosting you again!
