Firstly lets rave about the location! With only a hop, skip and a jump you will find yourself at the beach where you can enjoy a swim, a nice walk on the beach or even go out boating. The boat ramp is only minutes away from this holiday home. Restaurants and cafes with water views are within a 10 minutes’ walk from this holiday home.

This complex that this apartment is located in is very secure, has off street secured parking allocated to this unit and is fully fenced.

As soon as you enter into this holiday home you will feel relaxed and automatically on holidays. Don’t forget to pack the wine!

Seaview Getaway has the following property layout:

Open plan kitchen, living and dining area – enjoy the views from these areas!

A very well-equipped kitchen the owners have defiantly thought about it all!
Electric cooking, double sink with mixer tap, dishwasher, coffee pod machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, wine glasses, cutlery, platters, tea towels, hand wash, sanitizer and an island bench with bar stools.

Dining area seating 6 people.

Living area with plenty of seating areas, large TV mounted on the wall with Netflix and Kayo available. Games, DVD and books available for use. Split system heating and cooling in this area.

Glass sliding doors leading off the lounge room opening out to the undercover entertaining area.
Where you will find outside table and chairs and a BBQ - what a perfect space to enjoy a family dinner.
There is also a nice green lawn area where the children can play while using the outdoor games which are provided or even roll out your towel and soak up the sun!

Main bedroom with a queen size bed, water views, TV/DVD, built in robes and a nice modern ensuite leading off this main bedroom. This room has also got a split system heating and cooling.

Bedroom two has a queen size bed, TV/DVD player and built in robes.

Bedroom three has a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and a single bed on the top and built in robes.
Please note there is also a porta cot as well as a high chair available for use.

Main Bathroom with a large shower, handrails for safety precautions (handicap rails), bath and basin. Hair dryer also available.

Separate toilet. handrails for Safety precautions. (handicap rails)

Separate laundry with a washing machine, dryer, Iron, ironing board and first aid kit.

Two car parks available on the premises. Please do not leave car parked in front of garage during your stay (garage is not available for use). Please utilise parks in front of the apartment for the duration of your stay.
