We are Pet Friendly, wheelchair friendly and have free internet and provide all linen and towels we are a 5 minute walk to the beach and Yilki store. We have a large library of dvdā€™s to watch, board games and lovely outside barbecue area.

Uneek Coastal Living is in the Yilki district of Encounter Bay and just 2 streets back from the beach and cafes. This architecturally designed house is on a single level and will make for a wonderful relaxing holiday.
The house has 3 bedrooms and can accomodate 6 people.
The main bedroom has a queen size bed, walk-in robe, side tables and a sofa and is a real retreat.The large ensuite has a spa bath, a shower and a separate toilet all linen and towels are included in the price. Has reverse cycle air conditioner and overhead fan.
Second bedroom has a queen size bed, side tables,built in robes and a overhead fan and a smart tv.
Third bedroom has a King single with trundle which can turn into a king size bed, side table and freestanding robe and overhead fan.
There are 2 bathrooms, one being the ensuite the 2nd bathroom has a shower and toilet and the separate vanity area incorporates the laundry which has a washing machine and sink behind closed louvre doors.
Entertainers Living area with a large kitchen, dining room and lounge area which has reverse cycle air conditioning.
Kitchen has everything that you need with dishwasher and microwave, fridge has a ice dispenser for cocktail hour.
Lounge area has 3 sofas. There is a smart TV, DVD player and 2 bean bags that are very comfy. The dining area has a large rustic table that can accommodate 6 people.The entertaining area has double doors that open onto a gorgeous undercover alfresco area, this can be used in any season with fold down blinds and heater for winter. The outside table accommodates 6-8 people, there is a gas barbecue.
Parking isn't a problem as there is a double garage and also parking in the driveway.
There is a clothes line and dryer in Garage for colder months.
We have a secure yard for your pet, and sleeping area in the garage which is secure and warm. Pets are not allowed in bedrooms or on furniture. A park is only 3 houses away and the beach 2 streets away. We are a 5 minute walk from the Beachouse Cafe and Yilki store.

We have just spent a week here at this beautiful , home . The location was so quiet ,short walk to the beach our dogs went every day . We had a welcome pack to the house which was a nice surprise.Everything was about comfort & relax .We would thoroughly recommend this stay 10/10 from us . Hope to one day come back .

Excellent property- clean and comfortable. We were welcomed with some special touches including some treats for our dog. The host/property manager Stephanie, was prompt when communicating and there were lots of hints and tips available at the property to ensure we knew how to use the heating, washing machine etc. The property was a short walk to the beach and close to local amenities. We loved that we had two bathrooms and plenty of living space both inside and out - no getting under each otherā€™s feet! We would highly recommend this property and will look forward to staying here again.

Perfect Family Getaway

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this holiday home! From the start, the ownerā€™s communication was prompt, friendly, and incredibly helpful, making everything smooth and stress-free. The property itself was spotless - truly one of the cleanest places weā€™ve ever stayed in. The attention to detail throughout the home was amazing, from the decor to the little finishing touches that made it feel so warm and welcoming. It was clear the owners had thought of everything; every amenity we could have possibly needed was provided, and then some. We couldnā€™t have asked for a better experience and canā€™t wait to return!

A wonderful stay in a fantastic home. Everything you could need and moreā€¦beautiful rooms, generous master bedroom with large ensuite, spacious living and fantastic covered entertaining patio - the perfect spot to enjoy a blissfully peaceful coffee in the mornings, listening to the birds, before the kids wake. The beach is just around the corner and a short drive to all that the Fleurieu has to offer. ā€œ11 out of 10,ā€ said the kids. A fabulous place to stay!

Beautiful home and a great host

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay; the location was peaceful and very close to the beach and cafes. The house was beautiful, clean and had all the things you need for a relaxing stay. The host, Stephanie had excellent communication and was so accommodating, even offering us a late checkout. We loved the welcome gift too! We could not fault this accommodation - absolutely perfect and definitely worth the 5 stars!

Nice clean spacious dog friendly property

We had a fantastic stay at this property! Itā€™s always a challenge to find a place that truly welcomes pets, but this home exceeded expectations. The host was incredibly accommodating, and it was clear that they genuinely understood the needs of pet owners. The outdoor space was perfect for my pet to roam around safely, and the house even had some thoughtful touches to make our furry friend feel comfortable. The neighborhood was also very pet-friendly, with plenty of walking paths nearby. Highly recommend this place for anyone traveling with pets ā€“ weā€™ll definitely be back!ā€

Great Stay at Encounter Bay

Very nice place to stay, plenty of space for everyone, close to beach and cafe. Was a very hot weekend, front bedroom, fan only went medium speed, needs air conditioner. The host Stephanie, communicated very well, we had no problems knowing what to do.

Top Notch Uneek Getaway

Stayed at Uneek for a week, and it was everything that previous reviewers have said..... Lovely spacious house with all mod cons. Beds were DIVINE, so comfy and quality linen. Communication with Stephanie was excellent. Fantastic location, a stones throw from the beach and takeaway stores. And best of all - pet friendly ! I would highly recommend Uneek to others, it is everything it promises and more....

Beautiful house, lovely quiet spot.

We loved staying here, the house plan is amazing, beds were very comfortable, loved the living space. Weather was perfect when we were there, sun shining,birds chirping, outdoor space very private. Would highly recommend for a very relaxing get away.

Excellent house and owner

This is a great little house. The rooms are generously sized. The beds are really really comfortable. Itā€™s a short walk to the beach (admittedly encounter bay isnā€™t the best swimming beach - but there are excellent swimming beaches nearby). Close to the famous encounter bay shops. Playgrounds nearby (id recommend John crompton reserve). It also has everything you need. I forgot my dog bed - and there was one in the garage! My dog loved it. The owner had excellent communication and was very understanding of my kids (with check in and check out). I can totally see why the reviews are so good.

A great place to stay

The property is well located in a quiet area, a couple of blocks back from the beach and local shop. The house is beautifully appointed, comfortable beds and a beautiful back area. Fabulous to be allowed to bring our dog. Stephanie was prompt in relying to any questions. Thank you for allowing us to stay.
