You will love your vacation in our beach home in Beach Haven Gardens. The top floor of this duplex has three (3) bedrooms, 1 bath and new Eat in kitchen for your family.

Beautifully renovated and updated with central air and lovely bright furnishings to make for a comfortable and relaxing vacation.

Upstairs rental has a balcony deck with views to the bay so you can enjoy the breathtaking Beach Haven sunsets. Bdrm 1 has a queen, Bedroom 2 has a full, Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds. Granite countertops and stainless steel in a fully updated kitchen with every convenience. Central A/C, wifi, and 6 Beach Badges.

There is a shared outdoor shower and washer / dryer.

Take advantage of all that wonderful Long Beach Island has to offer. Walk out your door and 8 houses to the ocean, you do not have to cross a major street to get to the beach. You are in an excellent area and so close to fabulous restaurants. It's easy to get to Fantasy Island, mini golf, ice cream stands -- you are centrally located to everything LBI! The house is located in an area where beaches are not congested.

We do not allow pets and this is a non-smoking home.

Great LBI spot!

This property was in a great location. Walking to the beach was only a few steps away. The upstairs unit was just the right size for our family of 4. The owner is very communicative and the check-in process was the easiest I ever experienced. The kids could ride their bikes to fantasy island and we could walk to ice-cream and restaurants which was perfect. Having teenagers was a little tight sometimes with one full bath, but we made it work by utilizing the outside shower. My only concern was that there was no dedicated parking for this unit. The first two days we had to park on an adjacent street and then the remainder of the stay if we went out we were always stressed that would wouldn’t find a spot. Although it’s a quiet residential street it was a hit or miss. Overall we had a lovely time, and really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful property! It was a perfect place for our family. We had everything we needed and more. The house was very clean and we felt very comfortable there. This is a great place to rent!!!

Great place!

We loved our week in Beach Haven Gardens. We stayed in the second floor apt of the duplex. It was clean, bright and well stocked with everything we needed. It was the perfect amount of space for the three of us. Kathy and Bill were a pleasure to work with.

Great Location near Beach

My wife and I spent the week of 9/12 on second floor of duplex just a block from beach. Can’t beat central location of property in Beach Haven Gardens, not far from restaurants, shopping, etc. Great deck, gas grill and other amenities (Hi-Def T.V., Netflix, etc.). The microwave needed repair during our stay which owners promptly addressed. The unit was generally comfortable - only issue was the full mattress in one bedroom which needs replacing. We probably wouldn’t have gone to LBI but for the pandemic, but so glad we did!

Quick end of summer

Great house with amazing proximity to the beach and to downtown beach haven. Easy bike ride to bay village. The owner was quick and the check in / check out is super easy (easiest experience I have had renting on lbi)

Nice place, nice location!

This is a nicely appointed place with a great location. The beach was close and not too busy and great amenities were very close by. Owner responds quickly and was fair and reasonable. We would stay again!

My family and I spent the week at this beach house and really enjoyed our stay! Such a super cute house and perfect for a family. Super short walk to the beach as well. Will definitely stay again! :)

Return Visit

I returned as a renter to this property and once again had a great stay. The house is in a convenient location to a beach that has sufficient space for social distancing. The amenities in the house make food preparation easy. I didn’t have to bring any kitchen ware. The house was clean. There is a second TV and a wide selection of tv channels. I love the beach chairs, board games, and other touches to make staying here very relaxing. I will return again!

Great location. Short drive to fantasy island, and acme. Easy walk to beach - 6 houses.

Renting was the easiest. Owner was super accommodating and responsive. House was exactly as detailed online and well kept. Kitchen was stocked with everything you could think of. We would definitely stay again!

Great Vacation

Everything was great! The property was everything we needed. It was equipped with literally everything we needed, particularly the kitchen. Kathy was very quick to respond to a simple question. The location was perfect, the neighborhood quaint. We had a trumpet serenade us every evening at sunset while everyone cheered. We felt right at home! We would go again in a heartbeat.

Great stay in Beach Haven Gardens!

We stayed for one week beginning July 6th in the upstairs unit. The property was exactly as described on the website and in the pictures. Best part of the property is the location - only 6 houses from the beach! As the street is very residential (very few rental properties on the street), the beach was never crowded. The three bedrooms offered plenty of space for my wife and I as well as our twin 20 year-old daughters. The one bathroom worked fine, as we utilize the outdoor shower frequently. The unit was clean and up-to-date, with plenty of room for relaxation for all four of us in the den and on the deck. We were fortunate that, for most of the week, the first floor unit was unoccupied - so use of the outdoor shower and shared washer/dryer was never an issue. I would imagine it wouldn't be, unless there were socially inept tenants staying on the property. The ground floor unit has access to the property's single on-property parking space, so the second floor unit has to street park. Since the ground floor unit wasn't occupied most of the week, we were able to use the spot; however, the on-street parking was not an issue. Since the street is primarily residential, we were always able to find a spot on our specific block. The kitchen was up to date and had just about every utensil one could need if you choose to cook or simply enjoy no-shower happy hour after coming off the beach for the day. Access to Netflix and Hulu via the SmartTV was a nice benefit on the one night a storm hit the island (otherwise, we had perfect weather). The property is only a short walk from a number of restaurants (Terrace Tavern, Beach House Restaurant, Blue Water Cafe, Dockside Diner, Meltdown Ice Cream, and Delaware Avenue Oyster House - to name a few) in addition to being about 15 blocks from the shops in and around Bay Village. The owners were very nice and responsive with any questions. Our only recommendation would be to have the laminate flooring (which is in the kitchen area) throughout the unit. The carpeting, while clean, looked like it had enjoyed some better days - truly nit-picking there, though. Overall, a great experience and a unit we would certainly look at renting again!

Great Time on LBI

We were in town to attend a family wedding and the apartment was the icing on the cake!! Had the opportunity to meet the neighbors downstairs and on either side of us and they were all great. I’d highly recommend this place to a friend

Perfect location for our young family

We had a great stay at Beach Haven Gardens! The layout and size was perfect and extremely clean! Neighbors were friendly and helpful. The best part was we were within a block of the beach. With little kids this was fantastic. We hope to be back soon!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home! Perfect size for our family of four. Everything was clean and in great condition, looks just like the photos that are posted. All amenities were accounted for, even ones we didn’t expect! The location couldn’t be better. Short walk to a not-crowded section of beach, and short drive to all the restaurants, ice cream shops, and fun activities. The owners were great to work with and very gracious. Our week couldn’t have been better!

Great place

We have been vacationing on Long Beach Island for 15 years. Our kids have grown up enjoying summers on the Beach Haven sand and this is our happy place -- together and unplugged with books and games and happy hours!

We love being close to the ocean side. And not having to cross over the major boulevard allows easy back and forth if any family members need a break from the sun or want to enjoy some solitary time on the beach. This location of Beach Haven Gardens provides great access to all the restaurants and the benefits of not being an overcrowded part of the beach.
