2801 S Long Beach Blvd #4, Long Beach Twp, NJ: Looking for an OCEANFRONT getaway thatā€™s affordable for a couple or small family? This beautiful, pet friendly, (dogs only) 2 bedroom 1 bath condo is oceanfront and features breathtaking ocean views from the rooftop deck. Just steps to a wide, lifeguarded beach! The walkway to the beach has a handicap ramp and is easier to navigate over the dune.

This oceanfront condo (Unit #4) sleeps 4 with 1 queen bedroom plus 1 bedroom with a single over full bunk bed. There is also a pull-out sofabed in the living room. Gorgeous and relaxing views from private roof deck! Amenities include 3 smart TVs, a gas grill, Wi-Fi, A/C, well equipped kitchen with granite countertops, updated bathroom, 4 beach badges, 4 beach chairs, private outside shower (not shared with other units) & 2 parking spaces. Pillows and quilts included, bring your own sheets and towels.

Quiet neighborhood that is south of Beach Haven but still only a 3 minute drive (or 5 minute bike) to all the Beach Haven fun and restaurants including many restaurants, Murphy's Market, liquor store, pharmacy, mini-golf, home-made doughnuts, bagels, clam chowder, surf lessons, Thundering Surf water park and Fantasy Island Amusement park. This property accepts dogs. If you have a small, well behaved dog they are welcome here!

This attached condo (#4) is in an oceanfront building with only 4 units, all on 1 floor so there's nobody above or below you. This unit is directly facing the beach and beach access is on the side of the building (see pictures). The location is 2 blocks south of the Beach Haven border (which is at Grosser St). Each unit has separate entry stairs to their own personal ā€˜main floor deckā€™ and the door to each unit is entered from that private deck. There is a spiral staircase to the roof deck and the staircase is shared by the front two units but once you get up to the roof deck there is a divider between the 2 sides of the roof deck so you have your own space on the roof deck. The pictures shown are just your section of the roof deck.

Wonderful stay

The place is very clean and in a great location. It is right at the ocean and a great view from roof deck. The restaurants are also within walkable distance. Enjoyed our stay there and Whitney is really responsive and accommodating.

This place is amazing. It was clean and well maintained. Most importantly, it is right on the beach and has a roof top deck that has the most amazing view.If you need a small space that gives all the benefits of being right on the beach, this is the spot.I will definitely book again!

Perfect Location

Well equipped Condo steps from the beach! This was a weekend getaway for my daughter and I. The location couldnā€™t be better. Very quiet area and only blocks from shopping, amusement park and restaurants! Beautiful view of the ocean from the rooftop deck and steps from the beach. We love the fact that we were able to bring my daughterā€™s Corgi! We will definitely be back!

Great LBI location

This LBI property is in the perfect location on the beach in Holgate, a quiet residential part of the island, yet a short car ride away from shopping, restaurants and attractions. We loved having coffee on the roof top deck, watching the sunrise over the ocean. Public beach access is just steps away. The property itself is decorated beautifully and has everything in it that you need for a beach getaway. We had a great time! Would love to return!

Our favorite getaway spot

Weā€™ve been staying at this cozy condo quite a few years now. We were married on the island years ago, itā€™s had our hearts ever since! We love off season so we usually visit early April & October. Itā€™s the perfect location, perfect amount of space for us & our dogs love it too! And even in the off season thereā€™s lots to do on the island! Whitney is wonderful & always helpful! Looking forward to getting back there in the fall!

Place was small but nice for two people. Picture of the property from the front is a little misleading. It looks like you have a view of the ocean when in fact the front is behind bushes on the dune. Canā€™t see the ocean unless you go on the roof.
