Beautiful house, perfect location

This place is private, but walkable. Perfect family house with bunk rooms for kids. Very clean, safe, cozy. A place we would return to for sure. Great communication with host, Sheila was very helpful.

Beautiful Barefoot!

Tucked back in Seacrest - this home is in excellent condition and well-appointed. Our family of 6 had plenty of space, and the street was very quiet. We enjoyed the porches. Pool and beach are very busy and crowded. Location is close to everything - within easy walking distance of Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach.

My wife, 10 month old son and I stayed a week here. We were looking for a place where we could spend a week as a family, without needing a car. This worked perfectly! Very family friendly and had everything we needed (and more!)

Convenient and Beautiful Home

This was a beautifully appointed home with everything you vould possibly need as well as a great location close to two tram stops and a direct shot to the restaurants and town courtyard. It had four wonderful deck/seating areas that we enjoyed very much. The only issue and I do not blame the hosts for this AT ALL is that the home was not properly cleaned. The floors were not clean and there were even dirty dishes that had been put away. We did a quick vacuum and mop and ran a cycle in the dishwasher and all was good but obviously that is not something anyone expects to have to do on their first day arriving at a vacation home. Property Manager was very apologetic and responsive. I hope they find a better, more thorough crew to do their turnover that is more appreciative of the work they are being given. We would absolutely give them anothe chance as the home is lovely and Selia was great! We enjoyed our stay immensely.

Family beach vaca

Wonderful house in a great location at Seacrest beach. Excellent furnishings, well stocked kitchen, great access to walk to beautiful private beach and lots of shopping and eateries. Super easy check in/check out. Microwave went out during our stay, but manager brought a temporary replacement the next day. Pool unfortunately closed several times during our stay due to contamination issues, but great facility when open. Would definitely return

What a great house in an even better community. Minutes walk to the pool and beach!

Our family ranged from infants to grandparents and everything in between. This property was a great combination of family friendly beach house and proximity to restaurants for all our needs during our stay. Would definitely rent again!

Awesome vacation

The home had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked with every type of dish or appliance needed. The home was very clean. We bought 6 female teens for spring break. They had a blast. Everything was as described. No complaints at all. Would definitely rent here again.

Fun time

We rented the house for a long weekend and had a great time. The house was large, stocked with kitchen supplies and towels, washer and dryer and lots of room to spread out. Conveniently located between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. Bunk bed room was downstairs and other 3 bedrooms are upstairs.

Perfect spot for a multi-family beach vacation

This home is a good location, short walk to the very large community/resort-style pool. Close proximity to Rosemary Beach shops and restaurants. The rooms were all spacious, nice bathrooms, functional kitchen, and a great screened in porch. We really enjoyed it!

Fantastic place for a family!

We booked last minute & loved this home! The decoration was adorable, the kitchen totally stocked with pots, pans and tools for cooking. We didnā€™t use the screened in porch much bc it rained so much, but overall, it was wonderful! Take the tram to the beach! So easy! Also, the community pool is incredible. Wear your wristbands!

Beach Getaway

Seven of us came from Texas in July to enjoy the beach. This house is beautiful. We travel a lot and honestly it was one of the best stocked homes we've rented. There is plenty of room to spread out and the screened in porch was a godsend. The pool is just a short stroll away and the grouper tacos are yummy! The tram stop is right by the house but honestly we just walked to the beach everyday. We rented bikes and rode to Rosemary Beach to enjoy the farmers market held on Sundays. A short ways down 30A is a place called the Hub which had live music and good food. All in all we had a great time, loved the house and would definitely stay here again.

I could live in this property all year long!

This property is fantastic! The 4 porches or barandas gives a little something to everyone, wether dining, resting or enjoying some sun / moonlight. There is ample of room for everyone in the kitchen, the huge dining table and overall in the house. Decoration theme and color is very well thought of. Bedding was perfect in all rooms. Even though the property is located in a community there is a lot of quietness which was what we were looking for. The location is also great as you can bike, walk or drive to many places. Two things we didnā€™t like much: 1) private beach is really packed !! (Is private but is a small beach area and you cannot trespass to the other private beaches to the two sides. We ended up driving, walking or riding the bike somewhere else less crowded. And hey, we got we some extra adventure and memories 2) the quality of the pots, pans, knives and toaster are currently very ran down / used. If you are looking to cook many meals (as we did) you may get frustrated with many knives that are not sharpened, utensils and pans that burns your meals. Donā€™t get me wrong, at the end we made it work and found one or two that worked ok, but all of them should be suitable to be used not just be there. Overall this property is a keeper !

Great location

This house was just what we needed for our trip--we had 3 young kids under the age of 7, who loved the bunk room. Plenty of room for the adults, too. Loved the proximity to the pool, and a quick walk or shuttle ride to the beach. Would definitely come back again!

Terrific

Loved this house. I loved the floor plan, the size of the bedrooms, the cute bunk room on the first floor, the screened-in porch, and the quiet location. It is at the back of the neighborhood, but itā€™s also right off the path to the pool. We loved this convenience, with a quick walk out the back porch to the pool walkway, and then another quick walk to the front of the neighborhood from the pool. We never took/needed the tram once :-). (we also have older children who can carry their own things, so that is a factor). Anyway, the house was clean and well-maintained and pretty besides. We had a problem at one point with the plumbing in one of the bathrooms, but the property manager was all over it, and it was taken care of the same day. Thanks for a great stay!

Great house!

Everything was awesome! Super convenient location. We came right as the ban was lifted from Covid, so it seems like the house was cleaned after the last guest in March, but not recleaned before we arrived. We got in super later so we didnā€™t realized until the next day when we were unpacking. We spent the morning wiping things down, but should have just called to get the company to come back out. I think it was just weird circumstances with COVID-19, we will return. :)
