Welcome to the ultimate mountain getaway! Our newly renovated townhome is a perfect blend of modern vibes and rustic charm, all wrapped up in a cozy package just a snowball’s throw from Canyon Lodge ski area! No car? No problem! The slopes are practically at your doorstep—just grab your gear and glide right to the lift. It’s that easy.

Inside, you’ll find a spacious dining area with bench seating for up to 12 folks—because who says ski trips can’t be a big, communal affair? After a thrilling day on the slopes, cozy up by the brand new propane fireplace, or take the relaxation to the next level.

The two downstairs master suites each have their own private bath, so you can unwind in peace and quiet. Up the stairs, there’s a giant loft perfect for everyone—from kiddos to adult kids—equipped with a flat-screen TV, video games, a barn door privacy screen, and a private bath. Oh, and the kitchen is stocked with all the essentials, including a regular coffee maker to fuel those mountain mornings.

Step outside to an enclosed jacuzzi, just waiting for you to melt away the après-ski aches. Need laundry? We got you covered with in-unit laundry. And if the inside fun ever gets too much, the complex has a huge recreation room with a pool table and games galore. In the summer, dive into the outdoor pool or hit the mountain bike trails!

Now, a couple of things you gotta know: Condos in Mammoth don’t come with A/C—because who needs it when the air is crisp and cool? And if you plan to stay longer than 2 weeks, there’s a $250 cleaning fee (think of it as a little extra TLC for your stay). Oh, and BBQs? They’re only available in the summer—because we’re all about those warm, sunny days in the mountains!

Note—parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis for two cars, but during snowy times, things can get a little tight. Additional parking is down below, but space is limited. Also, this place is right by the Canyon Lodge ski area, so be sure to check the Mammoth Mountain website for up-to-date info on lift schedules and seasonal openings.
