This property is absolutely beautiful, 1800 square foot condo located in the heart of North Wildwood on East 1st Ave between New Jersey Ave. and Central Ave. This Condo has 4 very large bedrooms, 2 Full baths, an open floor plan which includes a large living room, dining room a beautiful kitchen equipped with all Stainless Steel Appliances. The laundry room is equipped with a washer and dryer, and the property has a very large two-car garage equipped with an automatic garage door opener, a front facing large deck, outdoor shower, cable TV and Wi-Fi. It is decorated professionally with 5 flat screen TVs, granite counter tops, A gas fireplace, and stainless steel appliances. It is located 2 blocks from one of the most beautiful sandy beaches in South Jersey.
This house is designed with 4 very large bedrooms all equipped with a large flat screen HD TV and cable television, and all with walk in closets. Two of the bedrooms each comfortably accommodate two (2) full-sized beds. Bedroom #3 has a queen sized bed. The Master bedroom has a queen sized bed and full bathroom. Each bedroom contains a ceiling fan and is beautifully decorated. This luxury condo sleeps 10-12 comfortably. Enjoy dining-in in this fully-stocked kitchen; or just steps away, dine out selecting from one of the many fine restaurants in the South Jersey area. Enjoy the Tiki Topz pool next door at Flip Flops. There is easy access to shopping, dining, the boardwalk, the zoo, fishing, crabbing, miniature golf, and the night life. Right outside your door, walk the seawall to the historic Hereford Inlet Lighthouse and North Wildwood marinas are nearby. There are fireworks every Friday all summer long on the beach, not to mention an extensive boardwalk, nicknamed ā€œtwo miles of smiles,ā€ due to shopping, games, and rides!

Cape May, Avalon and Stone Harbor are just a 10-minute ride away. If you enjoy gambling, Atlantic Cityā€™s casinos are 30 minutes away.

This amazing condo is a very large end unit with beautiful natural lighting, and 1800 square feet of living space with a front-facing balcony with brand new furniture. This unit has recessed lighting throughout! When entering this property you will feel right at home, and be totally impressed with all it has to offer. We recently added brand new smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors throughout the property along with child safety features for doors and windows. This property has it all and you will be completely blown away with how well kept this property is.

Excellent communication with Dan who facilitated a smooth entry and exit to the property. The overall property condition was good, however first impressions are important. The entry stairway carpeting into the unit was very dirty and worn. The paint job in the main hallway from the entry door to the living room was touched up halfway and unprofessional. Bedrooms closer to Keenan's Bar were noisy into the morning hours; no fault of the unit owner. Lastly, providing our own linens, paper products (toilet paper and paper towels), and removing garbage to an off-site facility was not a showstopper, but certainly doesn't feel like a weekend getaway. That may be standard procedure for the Jersey shore, but no where else I have ever traveled. Having said all that, we thoroughly enjoyed walking the neighborhood, the historic lighthouse grounds, and the wall along the beach. Beautiful.

This property did not disappoint. It was clean and spacious and in a great location. Able to walk to the Sea Wall and many restaurants,nightlife and entertainment. Not close to boardwalk but can walk to beach. Ice cream and miniature golf a few blocks away. Great for all age groups.

Great Weekend

We had an amazing stay at this property in North Wildwood! From the start, communication with Dan was excellent. He was responsive and helpful both before and during our stay, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. The house itself was fantastic. It was clean, very comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great weekend attending a family wedding. The location was perfect for us, close to the wedding venues and still quiet and relaxing. We felt right at home and would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay in North Wildwood.

Great place, great location

This location is so perfect (right by the beach, right by the bars). We were here for a girl's weekend and had a wonderful time, and it was great not having to drive or order Ubers to get to where we wanted to go. The host was great, super responsive, and had great instructions. The house was a great size and super clean. We would definitely stay here again!

50th Birthday Celebration!

This rental is in a great location! My family and I celebrated my 50th birthday at this beautiful and spacious house. Everyone had their own room and the kitchen and living space was great to celebrate my birthday with my whole family! The place was very clean and the beds are very comfortable! The communication with the host Dan was wonderful and very helpful! I would definitely stay here again!
