This compact queen-bed studio is located at "Sundream Villas at Grace Bay", a fully landscaped and gated multiplex property with its own private pool. This cozy studio is perfect for a solo traveler or a couple who plans to spend their days exploring the beautiful beaches or relaxing by the shared pool. It is equipped with a kitchenette, AC, free WiFi, TV and outdoor BBQ. Plus, enjoy free parking on the premise.
Located in Providenciales' prime snorkeling spot, the Bight Reef is just a 5 minutes walk away. 10/10 perfect place to stay, if you have a rental car you are central to everything. Communication with owners was excellent. 5-10 min walk to the beach, the property is beautiful and very clean. We stayed in the queen suite which was perfect for a couple. Would without question stay here again.

The host was extremely welcoming and all amenities were as described and in good order.The careful though given to little details made all the difference and the outstanding communication and responsiveness from the host made for a great stay.Finally, the proximity of the property to Grace Bay Beach made it a great value compared to what we would pay for other properties or resorts.

I had the pleasure to meet the host on my trip in February 2026. They are kind and easy to talk to, this was a plus to meet them. The accommodation was out of this world, nothing extreme, just the right personal touch. The property was gorgeous, well maintained and spotless. The location was perfectly situated between the best beach, local restaurants and shops. Just a short drive to view the perfect sunset or sunrise. Very hot water for showers. Laundry room included, coffee pot and espresso machine also. Kitchenette with refrigerator and all cooking supplies included. I will definitely return next year and would love to treat the owners to dinner. I felt like I won the lottery when I found this place, Dale and Nina.

My daughter and I stayed at this villa in January 2025. It was a easy walk to the beach and comfortable accommodations. The private pool was a plus and we appreciated the sense of security with a gated property. Would stay again!

Great vacation

We had a great experience. The contact was excellent. All questions answered quickly. The pool was great and we enjoyed the short walk up the road to the Windsor have dinner. The beach was easy to walk to .

Wonderful private oasis

Lovely location close to restaurants, the beach and the fun of Turks & Caicos but with the joy of privacy and quiet. Small apartment but with everything you need. Lovely outdoor spaces particularly the pool. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this lovely spot! Enjoy

Fantastic location to Grace Bay beach!!

Gotta say it just doesn’t get any better than this if you are looking for a quaint and lovely place to stay!! The pool was perfect for hanging out with a cocktail after a hot day in the sun!! Dale and Nina were awesome and we loved all the info they shared with us about what to do in Provo!! Much gratitude to them!!

Centrally located in a private little tucked away spot. Dale was EXTREMELY helpful and quick to respond to any questions. I will say, the condo is a lot smaller than the small I expected, but otherwise just what we needed.

Great communication

Nina and Dale were great. They responded quickly when we reached out with questions and resolved requests quickly (grill was out of propane, they had it replaced within a few hours). Villa was a short walk to the beach and a short drive to several restaurants. Check out was simple and easy!

Dale was awesome to respond to our needs. The condo was extremely cramped with very little room to move around in which made for uncomfortable conditions. We were advised that there was major construction across from the property prior to arriving, but the noise made our stay less than desirable.

I loved staying at Dale and Nina's place! Beautiful place just a short walk away from an equally beautiful beach. What more could you ask for? Actually, a lot and they covered all the bases! You can tell attention was given to every single detail both inside and outside. Both Nina and Dale were always so quick to respond to any question — their hospitality truly is exceptional. They handled my accommodations with grace and honestly spoiled me for any future stay at other rentals. I was in dire need of a getaway and had no idea what to expect with Turks and Caicos. It was such a remarkable trip. The beaches are truly stunning, but it was also very enjoyable returning to the property each night relaxing in their garden and pool area. This place is a gem!

Great location!

We enjoyed our 5 nights at Nina & Dale’s place. It IS an extremely tiny studio but for the price and location it was worth it. It was clean, had AC, hot water and a security gate plus a small kitchen. We used the beach equipment several times! Pool looked nice but we did not use it. 3 minute walk to the gorgeous beach and great snorkeling! My husband said it was like swimming in an aquarium down at the reef. We loved eating at Somewhere on the beach as well! Communication with hosts was great and we got to meet their very nice son! If you’re looking for luxury stay elsewhere but if you’d rather spend your money on other things and still be in a safe, clean location by the beach, stay here!

Great location

This place is tiny but has everything you need and is a short walk to a nice beach. It's gated and we felt completely safe the entire time and were very comfortable leaving our rental car there. Know that the kitchen area is very, very small so cooking and cleaning dishes can take a while but if you're making simple things it's sufficient. The hosts are great and provide all the info you need for your stay. I highly recommend renting a car if you stay here as you'll likely want to explore other beaches, go to restaurants, etc. and are not always in walking distance. Also they do have some beach gear like snorkels, umbrellas, and chairs. We used the chairs and umbrella almost every day which made it easy to do our own beach thing away from crowded areas. Highly recommend it if you're not into resorts and want to try to keep costs down.

Concentrated like sweet orange juice!

We had everything needed for a perfect 8 night getaway in T&C. The amenities of beach chairs/umbrella and snorkeling equipment were appreciated. The beach was a short walk down the road. The snorkeling tour picked us up out front of the coral gardens for an 4 hour adventure! We had a rental car and explored other areas as well. The pool was great for lounging and a fresh water dip. The unit is small, but well organized and clean and made for an affordable stay We were able to cook breakfast and prepare lunches in the little kitchen area. Our only complaint was an strong odor from a plug in “air freshener” that was placed prior to our arrival and was really spoiling the air quality and smell. We finally found the source early the next morning and removed it. Our hosts in the interim were very concerned and attentive offering alternative solutions to help. Once the plug in was removed everything was fantastic!!. Would highly recommend this VRBO.

Perfectly as advertised!

Every time one books through sites like VRBO you desperately hope that the pics and descriptions are going to be true. (And, not 10 years old, like we have unfortunately seen at other places). This place is “As advertised”!!! Yes, it’s small, but we actually had the option to move upstairs to the bigger unit after a few days, but I declined because we were settled and happy. We travelled with three large suitcases and two carry-on bags. We unpacked and not only found a convenient spot for all our stuff, but the bathroom totally had a perfectly open space at the end of the vanity to stack our luggage out of the way. We spent a week there, and I could have happily stayed longer. The little two seater table outside the door was a great place to have meals. The BBQ worked great, the washer and dryer was handy, and the shaded pool was what I looked forward to after a busy day touring the island. The kitchen actually has two small fridges, and everything needed for simple meals. Honestly, my one regret with our week on Provo was that we didn't go out to enjoy some of the amazing restaurants. The fault lies in how much we enjoyed and were comfortable hangingout around this wonderful property.

Inaccurate listing

The unit iis tiny. Uncomfortably so. The listing indicates the square footage is 265.1 sq. ft. This is inaccurate. It is 184 sq. ft. The square footage is easy to calculate. The flooring is the same tile throughout. Each tile is 1 ft sq. The bathroom has 7.5 tiles in one direction and 7 in the other with the last row extending into the main room. Total: 52.5 sq. ft. The main room has 13 tiles in one direction and 10 in the other. Total: 130 sq. ft. Six tiles running along the bathroom wall are 1/4 the width of a full or 1.5 sq. ft. Grand total: 52.5 130 1.5 184 sq. ft. I rented the unit because of the size indicated in the listing - 265.1 sq. ft. If I had known it was 184 sq. ft I would not have rented it.
