Just two blocks away from Glencairn Gardens, 1/2 a mile from Winthrop University and the Indoor sports complex , and less than a mile from Downtown Rock Hill. We are 15 minutes from Fort Mill, SC, 20 minutes to Carowinds, and 25 minutes to Charlotte, NC.
The space is a 3 bed, one and a half bath home. New kitchen and bathroom.
