Perfect home

This home was the best we have stayed at in Bullhead. The home was very comfortable and amazing kitchen with everything you would need. The beds were comfortable, the couch was cozy and it felt like home. The home is about a 10 minute drive to Katherineā€™s Landing Marina to launch the boat. The owner was very easy to communicate with which made the experience truly perfect. We highly recommend this home and look forward to staying here again!

Loved this place!

We have stayed at a number of properties, but this one by far exceeded our expectations in every way. This property is clean, spacious, well maintained and well appointed. The owners have truly thought of everything. Everything was labelled. There were clear instructions for check-in and check-out and everything in between which made our stay stress-free. I felt like this property was the best combination of comforts of home and amenities of a hotel with luxurious towels, beds/bedding, and toiletries. Highly recommend.

Clean & Beautiful Home

We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful home. We come to the lake every year for our annual family vacation and rent a home each time. This home perfectly fit all of our needs. Starting with the communication with the host. I had a question and Kimberly was able to get back to me in minutes to help out. The home is decorated beautifully and is updated throughout. The air conditioning was perfect to cool us off after a long day at the lake. The cleanliness of the house was also above expectations. And I have to mention the towels! They are amazing! Every room had a comfortable bed for us and the large couch and kitchen area gave us a nice area for us all to eat and hang out together. We will defiantly be coming here again.

Wonderful Home

We had a wonderful stay in this home. It is very beautifully decorated, and came with all of the things we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked, and the bath towels were top quality. The beds were very comfortable. The home was very clean, and there was plenty of space for the five people who stayed in the home. We also had four other adults who were staying near by join us at times for meals in the home, and it was perfect. Plenty of seating both inside and outside. The hosts were very informative prior to our arrival, and there was no need to contact them during our stay. Check in and check out were a breeze. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely stay here. We would strongly recommend this home.

Brought my parents for a trip to see family. We visited Hoover Dam, Grand Canyon and south to family and this was great central location. Not to far from everything (even Vegas). The house is perfect and had all we needed. Thank you!

Family Get Away!

We had a wonderful time while we were in Bullhead City. Enjoyed renting a pontoon boat to go for a ride down the river by Topock and bike rides around the dam. The home was so welcoming and totally made us feel at home. The house was very clean and well supplied to meet our necessary needs. Thanks for sharing your home with us. Hope to be back.

Beautiful, comfortable, organized, and well stocked. The home was decorated beautifully and comfortably. This property is beautiful, well taken care of , and organized. This place became the hang out spot for my family (they all rented other properties near by) because it was well stocked with games, kitchen appliances, and the furniture was comfortable and in abundance. Even the beds were comfortable. Labels everywhere and stocked with all necessities. This was such a nice place to return to after spending a day on the lake. We will be back.

Wonderful stay.

Me and a couple friends rented this place for a Fishing tournament. Turned out far better than expected. Place was super clean, organized and basically brand new. All the drawers and cabinets were organized and labeled. Was able to use the garage as well. Place was totally turnkey. Wonderful. Iā€™ll be back soon. I hope I can get my dates. Thank you again.

Wonderful Home

We enjoyed our stay in this home. It is beautiful and is stocked with quality items. The beds were comfortable and the towels were top notch. There was plenty of room for the four adults and the one teenager who stayed in the home. We also had grandparents who were staying close by join us for meals, and there was plenty of room for seating. It is a very clean home. The owners were great to deal with, they provided us with plenty of information prior to our stay. We had no reason to contact them during our stay, everything went smoothly. Easy check in and check out. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely stay here!

Beautiful Home

We stayed at this beautiful home for our end of summer trip, this home was amazing and Kimberly was an absolute delight to work with. We ended up with the Arizona monsoons that weekend and had no power for quite a few hours. Kimberly was constantly in touch with us to make sure we were safe and made sure we had what we needed, we will definitely be booking again for next summer..

Since 2020, we have been staying at VRBO locations rather than hotels. This by far was the best!

The location is great and a short drive to Katherineā€™s Landing. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. The house is spacious and easily accommodated four adults and two teenagers. I would highly recommended. Communication with owner was easy and convenient
