City Park 9 hole golf course is across the street which is great for golf and walking, or cross country skiing and snowshoeing in the winter. City Park also includes a summer outdoor water park, a huge playground for the kids, tennis courts and shelters for picnics. Bike lanes are easily accessible outside the front door and the Poudre River Bike Path is less than 2 miles away. Fort Collins offers electric scooter and bike rentals for around town too. Beautiful Horsetooth Reservoir is 6.5 miles to the west and offers hiking, biking, paddle boards and pontoon boats for rent, boating and water activities. Fort Collins is home to many natural areas full of wildlife and wonderful maintained trails, as well as beautiful parks close by.
