Entrance/Great Room
Just past the grand entryway, the great room of this magnificent home offers a "hotel lobby"-style backdrop with elegant, comfortable seating and small tables, designed for lounging, socializing, or cheers-ing over champagne.

Kitchen & Dining
The standout, open-plan kitchen boasts generous counter space and barstool seating—a great spot for cooking and cocktails. For formal meals, set up your spread in the oversized dining room, which features seating for 16 guests (and conveniently doubles as a Polished conference room, too)!

Ski Simulator Room
Ski lovers can hit the slopes without leaving Orlando (or the house!). The garage has been transformed into your own personal, simulated ski slope where you and your guests can impress each other with your freestyle and racing skills.

Pool & Patio
Come down from the "mountains" and dive into your massive private pool just outside the house. Play foosball or ping-pong on the patio, or shoot some hoops in a game of poolside basketball. Let the kids fly down the mini waterslide while you watch from inside the jacuzzi, enveloped in hot, delicious steam. Love outdoor meals? Take advantage of the spectacular covered patio and summer kitchen.

Arcade Room
Back inside, find even more incredible surprises in the first-floor game room that's filled with classic arcade games. Get your fill of nostalgic fun with favorites including Pac-Man, Pac-Man Basketball, a racing game, and air hockey.

Game Loft

The Ocean Explorer bedroom is perfect for the adventurers in your group. With submarine bunk beds, ocean-blue walls, bubble art, and a slide hidden behind faux seaweed, the kids will be dreaming about life under the sea (if they stop playing for long enough to fall asleep, that is!).

Next door, the Mini Playhouse is a mini paradise for your little ones: a whimsical pink fairyland full of fantasy and fun, with a bright "blue sky" overhead. A colorful and inviting entrance leads to hidden bunk beds and a polka-dot twisty slide.

Bedrooms (King, Queen, & Full)
Grownup guests get a treat at bedtime, too—with a choice of nine inviting, Transitional-style bedrooms located throughout the house. Each one is outfitted with modern décor, top-quality finishes, and luxurious en suite bathrooms.

The first floor offers three conveniently located sanctuaries, including one master king bedroom, one regular king bedroom, and a master queen bedroom with two queen beds and a double door walkout to the pool area. On the second floor, in addition to the two themed kids' rooms, discover six more gorgeously appointed bedrooms with king or full beds and private baths.

• Guests have access to the Villatel Village Event Center, including fitness classes, food experiences, and ticketed events.
