We had a wonderful time at Nancy’s house it was very spacious and clean! The kitchen was very well stocked as well! We stayed here to celebrate our daughters 18th birthday and it was perfect!

Fantastic Lake Getaway!

Nancy’s home was the perfect location for our lake trip. It was clean, stocked with everything we needed and in a beautiful quiet cove on the lake with an amazing covered dock. We will definitely be back.

Birthday get away

This is a lovely spot tucked away in a cove on Lake Hartwell that is quiet and easy to get to. The house was spotless and the communication with the owner couldn’t have been better. We will definitely be staying here again and could not recommend this place more.

Beautiful house and great location

The listing was accurate and everything was as described. The kitchen was large and fully stocked. We enjoyed the dock and the kayaks. Will definitely visit again.

Great weekend get away

This lake house was ideal for a fun, relaxing weekend! A quick drive from Atlanta and much roomier than pictures seem. Everything we needed was there for us and we had no worries at all. We plan to return if/when we go back to Hartwell!

My family and I very much enjoyed our stay. My husband and I have four kids and there was plenty of room for all of us. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the home and how organized the kitchen was.

Great house

House was clean, in good shape, and with an easy path to the dock. Stocked with anything you could possibly need. Owner (Nancy) was great. Plenty of room for all of us. Kid friendly, pet friendly. Would go back again.

Fantastic Lake Hartwell Getaway

We stayed here for a great family getaway. We had friends staying about 30 minutes away so it all worked great. The house was very clean, very nice and very roomy. Awesome layout and honestly probably one of the most well stocked homes we’ve ever rented, and we VRBO a lot! Over 30 homes a year! Had a small water issue and the owner had it remedied immediately so 5 stars for that for sure! We will definitely be back and loved this place!

Another Awesome Stay

This is our 2nd stay at Nancy's place and it was just as comfortable as the first. This home has huge amounts of space to gather, a great kitchen, and has everything you need for a nice get away. It also has a covered dock for your boat with an easy walk from the house. For you bass fishermen, the dock has power to keep the batteries charged up. We have stayed in countless homes over the years and it is one of our top places to stay on lake Hartwell. Thanks again Nancy.

Lovely place to stay

Beautiful home, all the amenities I could want, a community fridge (great idea! took advantage of it). We hung out on the patio. Wonderful communications with property manager, went above and beyond for us! Lake Hartwell is a beautiful lake and we had a lovely vacation. Thanks for having us stay. Anita

Host and House was great!

Had a couple minor setbacks but Nancy was on top of it! Was easy to get a hold of and would answer back quickly. Loved the house, being next to the water was great. Everything was in order and the checkout procedure were not crazy and were easy to follow. Would completely recommend to others. Also, Internet was one of the fastest in different houses I've stayed at, so if you work from home and want to get away, this is the house for you!

Great place

Went with adult daughters, spouses, grandchildren and a dog. Amenities included many things for both the18 month old and the dog! Very nice house, fully equipped for anything you could want, easy walk to the dock, use of 2 kayaks. Great neighborhood too. It rained most days and many things to do were a 30 minute drive, but between that and all the games provided we had a great time together and that’s what it’s about. Owner even called from Colorado to see if my son in law’s kayak got loose when neighbors saw one floating in the rain.

Easter Weekend 2023

The home was exactly as I expected based on pics and past reviews...5 stars!! Location is only 15 mins from downtown Hartwell, where there are restaurants, bars, and grocery stores for all your needs. The house has a great layout and very roomy. The grill had propane for a couple of great meals outside. The kitchen is equipped for anything you are willing to put together from a simple meal to all an out dinner for a group!! The owner was very quick to respond for any questions we had during our 4 day stay. She is awesome. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to stay at Lake Hartwell!!

LAKE HARTWELL RETREAT

HOUSE WAS EXTREMELY CLEAN. KITCHEN WAS SET UP WITH ALL OUR NEEDS. WE WERE ABLE TO COOK THANKSGIVING MEAL & HAD EVERYTHING WE NEEDED! BEDS WERE VERY COMFORTABLE. NOT MUCH WATER IN THE LAKE NOV 2023. COULD NOT GET OUR BOAT TO DOCK. THE WALK TO THE DOCK WAS NOT TOO BAD. THE ONLY THING WE NOTICED WAS THE WATER PRESSURE IN THE HOUSE IS ON THE LOW SIDE. HUBBY IS PARTICULAR ABOUT HIS SHOWER...LOL. WE HAD A GREAT FAMILY TIME WATCHNG FOOTBALL, PLAYING GAMES, EATING & JUST BEING TOGETHER. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE WONDERFUL MEMORIES. WE WOULD DEFINETLY STAY AGAIN!!

The location of this house was nice and quiet which was lovely especially because we brought dogs. The house is nestled in a little cove and while you have neighbors we didn’t see the first person around. This was also probably the most stocked house we have ever stayed at. If we needed it you could find it. Nancy was easy to work with and she made sure to communicate about the water level as well. We brought our boat and thankfully we were able to launch and dock it. Water level was at653. If it had been much lower I wouldn’t think we could have. While this is no one’s fault if your plans are to bring a boat you should check water levels. But again Nancy let us know in advance. We would definitely recommend.

Wonderful Retreat

Ever been to a rental to find thread bare towels and sheets that pop off the corner of the bed? That is NOT the case here!! Very soft comfortable sheets and luxurious towels. Very nicely stocked with everything you need. Quiet, peaceful, beautiful location!

Big 50 anniversary trip!

Great week for our 50th anniversary! We were greeted by a bottle of wine and flowers😁. Plenty of water for boat at dock even though lake levels were low. Had everything we needed with quick responses from owner, Nancy to our questions. Hubby caught a lot of fish too. Very nice property!

Very peaceful and beautiful home. Loved the lake and fishing was awesome! Very well stocked, clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend. Nancy was quick to respond to any questions as well as a pleasure to talk to. This was our second stay here and can't wait to go back.

Comfortable and affordable

Short 1 munute walk to the lake down the path. Quite area, good spot for the family. We should have rented a boat for the stay. The little bay area is fine, but we wanted to be a little closer to the main part of the lake. Renting a boat and launching from this house would have made our stay even better. All in all, nice place. Has everything you need to enjoy yourself.
